NodeJS Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Full Stack Developer with 3-5 years of experience to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be working with a leading MNC client in the health insurance domain. This role is based in Gurugram and requires candidates to work from the office, Monday to Friday. You will play an integral role in developing and enhancing applications using Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and services.
• Work with PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases for efficient data management and retrieval.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems and platforms.
• Implement best practices for security, code quality, and performance optimization.
• Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on development experience with Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript for building scalable web applications.
• Strong experience working with PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases.
• Hands-on experience in building RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of best practices in application development, security, and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
• Preferred:
• Experience in the health insurance or fintech domain.
• Ability to work in an agile environment with fast-paced deliverables.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Ability to work in a team and independently when required.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies.

• Experience in Node.js Frameworks
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB
• Strong proficiency with JavaScript, Socket IO, ExpressJS & SailsJS
• Experience working with third-party developer tools, including documentation, APIs, and SDKs
• Good Grasp of Asynchronous Programming and Its Workarounds
• Database Schema design for Business Processes
• Working Knowledge of JWT based passport Authentication
• Can Write and Refactor Efficient Codes
• Experience in Implementing Data Protection
• Must have demonstrated the ability to deliver high-quality products on time
• Knowledge of GIT, SVN technology

• Java / J2ee Development environments
• Eclipse or similar tooling
• Very Strong Web front end development including JavaScript, Angular, React, etc.
• Develop REST based microservices using Spring, SpringBoot, SpringCloud, SpringListener, SpringMVC, JavaScript, HTML, XML, JUNITS Cloud, container image development and container orchestration

Skills Required:

• Angular, Spring Springboot, SQL Server

Experience Preferred:

• Looking for a full stack developer with Strong Front end experience, Spring Springboot, SQL Server, GCP

• Expertise in building web applications and APIs.
• Strong knowledge in PHP core and web framework Laravel
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, Javascript, Bootstrap, AJAX.
• Familiar with MYSQL query language
• Knowledge of frontend backend integration
• Knowledge in Linux based OS like Ubuntu is an added advantage

9. Extensive experience of PHP and MySQL.
10. Exposure on Magento 2, CMS and JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery.
    
11. Demonstrable knowledge of XML, XHTML, CSS, Modules i.e. API integration,
12. Payment Gateways, XML with a focus on standards.
    
13. Demonstrable source control experience
    
14. Two or more published websites in E-Commerce
