Lead Frontend Web Developer - HTML5/AngularJS

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented WordPress Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate has 1 to 3 years of professional experience and a solid foundation in building, customizing, and maintaining functional, high-performance websites.

In this role, you will work across the full lifecycle of web projects—from initial setup and layout design using page builders to integrating complex e-commerce solutions via WooCommerce and Shopify.

Key Responsibilities

• Website Development: Build and launch full-scale WordPress websites from scratch, ensuring they are fully responsive and optimized for all devices.
• Theme & Plugin Management: Install, configure, and customize themes and plugins to meet specific project requirements.
• E-commerce Integration: Setup and manage online stores using WooCommerce and Shopify, including product configuration, payment gateways, and shipping modules.
• Custom Architecture: Implement Custom Post Types (CPT) and custom fields to handle specialized content structures.
• Design Implementation: Utilize page builders like Elementor or Divi to create visually appealing layouts while maintaining clean design standards.
• Maintenance & Performance: Perform regular updates, troubleshoot bugs, and optimize sites for speed and core web vitals.

Technical Requirements

• WordPress Expertise: 1–3 years of experience with WordPress core, including a deep understanding of the dashboard and settings.
• Front-end Basics: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (jQuery) to make styling adjustments and add interactivity.
• PHP Knowledge: Familiarity with PHP basics for minor template edits and troubleshooting.
• Page Builders: Hands-on experience with Elementor, Divi, or similar drag-and-drop editors.
• E-commerce Platforms: Proven experience working with both WooCommerce and Shopify.
• Responsive Design: A "mobile-first" mindset to ensure seamless viewing experiences across desktops, tablets, and phones.

Job description:- 

• Strong experience with Angular 2+ and above along with other technologies like HTML5, CSS, jQuery and YUI.
• Strong knowledge of JS Fundamentals.
• Design & development of Angular applications as per desired specifications, along with experience in frameworks/libraries like jQuery, Bootstrap etc.
• Own end-to-end product modules/features (from the requirement to going live)- Design & code review, troubleshoot & help team members on issues.
• Gather requirements by interacting directly with the end-users.
• Research on open source framework/technology required for developing the feature/application

Desired Skills, Qualifications and Technical Requirements 

• Graduate in Computer Science and/or Engineering.
• Hands-on knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, NPM
• Knowledge/Experience of modern web frameworks.
• Good knowledge of Object-Oriented JavaScript (OOJS), JavaScript - and practical uses in building complex interactive experiences, primarily with ECMAScript 2015
• Good understanding of creational and structural design patterns in JavaScript
• Knowledge/Experience working with Single Page Applications (SPA) with universal rendering capabilities.
• Good understanding of the Web Components standard.
• Understanding of SEO and accessibility and making it part of the development workflow.

Bonus if you have 

• Healthcare Industry experience
• Familiarity of working with TDD in JS with the help of frameworks like Jasmine, Mocha, Karma etc is a plus

• Strong experience in Vue.JS/Backbone.JS or similar.
• Strong in CSS and AJAX / XML / XSLT / DOM / JSON
• Should have fundamental understanding of JavaScript - OOPs
• Understand Cross Browser issues and client side cookie
• Would expect the successful candidate to be highly proficient in Web Standards including W3C and WCAG
