Desired skills - Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, SQL.

As part of this role, the candidate will learn, maintain and upgrade all aspects of the Business Support Systems (BSS) including billing, product catalog, ordering shipping and more. This role will focus on maintaining/upgrading the infrastructure running the applications and also be able to contribute to application code development.

Specific Requirements

• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

• Experience with Apache & WebLogic platforms
• Understanding of various database architectures (SQL / Oracle, Mongo, etc.)

• Experience maintaining and supporting a large scale production environment
• Work with internal and external teams to ensure application and process compliance
• Experience partnering and collaborating with both on and off-shore teams and team members
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Work closely with the development team to plan and execute maintenance operations.
• Suggest and implement any infrastructure or architecture changes to improve application performance and stability. Identify any infrastructure
•  or architecture areas for cost saving.
• Participate in a 24/7/365 on call rotation, responding to events as needed to troubleshoot and resolve.
• Participate in internal and external compliance audits (SOX, PCI, etc.)
• Identify and execute improvements to minimize the amount of on call events received by the team.
• Create and maintain application build and deployment scripts.
• Ability to analyze data from application databases.
• Experience in process automation, build automation, and continuous integration using Jenkins, Code Deploy, Git Deploy, etc.

Test Automation:

• Role Overview

• • Highly-skilled test automation engineer to design automation tests. Test automation engineers' duties include designing automation scripts and finding solutions for automation problems.

• Key Knowledge

• • 2+ years of experience as a Test Automation Engineer or QA Engineer/Tester.
  • Expertise in test automation toolkits such as Selenium, Cucumber (or others).

Candidate Evaluation and Selection:

• Manage the interview process and provide timely feedback to candidates.

• - Contribute to a full development life cycle, including: requirements analysis, functional design, technical design, programming, testing, documentation, implementation, and on-going technical support.

• - Bridge the gap between graphic design and backend technical implementation

We are looking for an Assistant Manager in our HR Team (for Employer Branding and Internal Communication) to develop and deliver innovative and effective Employer Branding roadmap and action plans to promote the company as an employer of choice to prospective hires through social media, print and other communication formats and programs. We are looking for someone who can engage well with existing employees and play an important role in internal communication.

This role reports to Head of Human Resources.

KRA:

• Developing a comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement roadmap.
• Identifying and working / liaise with third party vendors to establish an overall all framework to continuously enhance and upgrade the Employer Branding and employee engagement to the current and future requirements.
• Planning, establishing, and collaborating with stakeholders to keep the social media presence and channels related to recruitment and employer branding fresh and relevant.
• Responsible for Employee Engagement, Employee Brand Management, Event Management related to employee engagement.
• Leading the development and delivery of internal communication plans and materials and managing events and engagement plans.
• Improving the Employee Engagement Index by conceptualizing and implementing various employee development and engagement initiatives.
• Expanding the company's online presence and developing creative ways to draw prospective employees to the company's website and identifying new recruitment opportunities through social media.
• Acting as Subject Matter Expert within Employer Branding by providing the best knowledge, best practices and innovative solutions to support the business.
• Establish campus connections and drive campus engagement / relationships to build a sustainable employer Brand.
• Identify gaps and early signals of engagement interventions [through L&D, upskilling and other HR interventions] basis the engagement surveys.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. You will be a subject matter expert on our products and be responsible in enabling our partner associates to deliver services built around our products.
2. You will work closely with our R&D team and be a customer advocate by evaluating the product for market acceptance and providing your inputs.
3. Your responsibilities will include demonstrating our products, training the partner associates on how to use our products and help them build a services practice.
4. Organizing, Training, planning & delivering compelling proof of our Security Product demonstrations and its Remediation services to our partners in the US and UK markets.
5. Assist the Sales team for meeting their targets by robust Training and hand holding them through the Channel.
6. To be a customer advocate in ensuring that the Channel is equipped completely in meeting our Sales Targets.

Mandatory skills:

• Superb written and spoken English communication skills.
• You need to be a subject matter (domain) expert on Collaboration products like SBCs, Avaya, Cisco and Microsoft products.
• Prior experience as a pre-sales engineer with Avaya, Cisco, Audiocodes, Oracle (ACME), Ribbon or one of its partners.
• To ask the right questions, time bound and attention to detail.
• Skilled at Power point and other Training modules.

Good to have: 

• Cyber security domain knowledge. 
• Needs to be a keen listener and empathetic to the concerns of the Channel Team.
