About the Role - We are looking for young and driven professionals to support in developing media campaigns, event planning, content development for government led programs and activities. The Consultant will contribute in creating storyboards, audio-visuals, brochure design and content curation.

Job Responsibilities

·        Assist in analysing data, derive meaningful insights and convert them to storylines

·        Prepare creatives, narrative for audio-visuals, content curation for print and social media marketing

·        Actively collaborate with multiple stakeholders to build a unified narrative to be represented in Regional, National and Global Forum.

·        Actively support in coordinating state-level and department-level event planning and management activities.

·        Participate in investor meetings, outreach campaigns, and promotional events

Key Skills Required

·        Proficiency in content creation, media campaign, organizing industrial conclaves/events

Good to Have:

·        Experience organizing or involved in planning of state level/national level event.

·        Familiarity with roadshows, investor summits, or content development

·        Basic understanding on AI tools that can be leveraged in content creation.

Designation : Senior Fullstack Developer

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building scalable, high-performance web applications and will be responsible for delivering robust backend services and modern, user-friendly frontend solutions. This role will also involve working with cloud services, databases, and ensuring the technical success of projects from inception to deployment.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Development: Lead the development and maintenance of both frontend and backend applications. Write clean, scalable, and efficient code for web applications.
• Backend Development: Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using technologies like Node.js, Express.js, and Nest.js.
• Frontend Development: Implement and maintain modern, responsive web applications using frameworks React, Angular, etc
• Database Management: Design and maintain scalable databases, including MongoDB and MySQL, to ensure data consistency, performance, and reliability.
• Cloud Services: Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS and Google Cloud, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver new features and improvements.
• Code Quality & Testing: Follow best practices for code quality and maintainability, utilizing Test-Driven Development (TDD), and write unit and integration tests using Jest, and Postman.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance to junior developers, perform code reviews, and ensure high standards of development across the team.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development, with a proven track record in both backend and frontend development.
• Backend Technologies: Proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and Nest.js for building scalable backend services and APIs.
• Frontend Technologies: Strong experience with React, Angular, etc to build dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
• Databases: Strong knowledge of both relational (MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with AWS and Google Cloud for managing cloud services, databases, and deployments.
• Version Control: Proficient in Git for version control and collaboration.
• Testing: Experience in writing unit and integration tests with Jest, and Postman.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to work with complex systems.
• Communication: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role. Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, jQuery).
Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js).
Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache), and UI/UX design.
Experience with AWS or other cloud environments

SuperK is rebranding existing small format retail stores and providing them with the benefits of procurement, tech systems, intelligence, and marketing at scale to create a chain of mini supermarkets. Some parallels can be drawn to how Oyo has transformed the small hotel industry, Medplus & Apollo have changed pharma retail and BigC & others have changed offline mobile buying.

What you will be doing

• Working closely with the Engineering lead to contribute to deciding the backend as well as frontend system architecture for products used by consumers, retailers, and other stakeholders.
• Stay informed about the product strategy; evaluate the feasibility of solutions proposed by PMs, estimate development effort, and help in planning the roadmap and individual features.
• Building the blocks of the entire system across multiple products on your own from the ground up with the freedom to try new things.
• Coordinate and collaborate with other developers to meet the timelines.
• Built systems that scale through software, contributing to the architecture and design.

What we would like to see in you

• 2-4 years of relevant experience as a full-stack engineer who has owned the entire stack of a product or a major module.
• Strong programming expertise in any of the JavaScript frameworks like NodeJS, ExpressJs, or Python frameworks like Django.
• Strong computer science fundamentals in OOPs, DS algorithm design and time complexity analysis.
• Experience in writing REST APIs
• Good understanding of relational databases and networking systems.
• Proficiency with at least one Object Oriented language(e.g Java, Python)
• Exposure to Cloud Platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Ability to work in an unstructured environment
• High enthusiasm and self-drive to build systems from the ground up.
• Focus on things that work compared to traditional conventions.
