We are seeking a highly skilled QA Salesforce Automation Engineer with 6+ years of experience to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce testing, with hands-on experience in automation tools such as Selenium, Provar, or TestNG. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining automated test scripts, executing test cases, identifying bugs, and ensuring the quality and reliability of Salesforce applications. A solid understanding of Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) and APIs is essential. Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and version control systems like Git is preferred. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define test strategies and improve the overall QA process. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility and a collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities of the role:

·      Manage extraction of data sets from multiple marketing/database platforms and perform hygiene and quality control steps, either via Datorama or in partnership with Neo Technology team. Data sources will include: web analytic tools, media analytics, customer databases, social listening tools, search tools, syndicated data, research & survey tools, etc…

· Implement and manage data system architecture

· Audit and manage data taxonomy/classifications from multiple systems and partners

· Manage the extraction, loading, and transformation of multiple data sets

· Cleanse all data and metrics; perform override updates where necessary

· Execute all business rules according to requirements · Identify and implement opportunities for efficiency throughout the process

· Manage and execute thorough QA process and ensure quality and accuracy of all data and reporting deliverables

· Manipulate and analyze “big” data sets synthesized from a variety of sources, including media platforms and marketing automation tools

· Generate and manage all data visualizations and ensure data is presented accurately and is visually pleasing

· Assist analytics team in running numerous insights reports as needed

· Help maintain a performance platform and provide insights and ongoing recommendations around.

Requirements :

· 5+ years’ experience in an analytics position working with large amounts of data

· Hands-on experience working with data visualization tools such as Datorama, Tableau, or PowerBI

· Additional desirable skills include tag management experience, application coding experience, statistics background

· Digital media experience background preferred, including knowledge of Doubleclick and web analytics tools

· Excellent communication skills

· Experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript a plus

Job Description:

- Experience with Java 4 to 8 years, Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular, Docker, and Kubernetes

Knowledge of multi-threading concepts, TCPIP, databases, and REST-based JSON APIs

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Computer science graduates would be preferred

2. Should have at least 1 year of experience as a software developer in ReactJS

3. Should be a contributor to the software development process and part of an software team

4. Can keep up to date with developments in (open source) frontend libraries, frameworks, and software development practices

5. In-depth knowledge of ReactJS, Redux, Flux, and JavaScript (ES6)

6. In-depth knowledge of Express.js and Node.js

7. Should have been working on React for at least 12 months (90% of the time)

8. Good problem-solving skills

9. Experience in Mongoose & MongoDB is a plus

10. Experience with the testing frameworks for JavaScript is a plus

11. Experience with JS module bundlers like Web Pack & Rollup

12. Experience with Babel as a compiler

13. Experience with agile software development techniques is a plus
