We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying custom solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud)
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Develop, test and deploy custom code using Apex, VisualForce, Lightning components, Triggers and workflows
- Collaborate with the team to create and maintain technical documentation
- Ensure that all custom solutions are aligned with best practices, standards and the Salesforce platform roadmap
- Monitor and maintain the stability and performance of the Salesforce environment
- Stay current with new Salesforce releases, features, and tools
Requirements:
- 3 to 7 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Proficient in Apex, VisualForce, and Lightning components
- Experience with Salesforce data migration and integration
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies
- Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and team members
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II (preferred)
- Having Salesforce CPQ knowledge is strongly preferred

Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze customer needs, collaborate with key stakeholders to ideate and deliver compelling solutions that create incremental value for customers
- Create buy-in for product vision across all stakeholders
- Develop positioning strategies that can drive growth and improve market share
- Create and maintain detailed product requirements and roadmap
- Create and track product success metrics and use them to identify problems and opportunities to pursue
- Work with designers to build wireframes, validate and translate them into full-blown designs

● Build a low latency serving layer that powers DataWeave's Dashboards, Reports, and Analytics
functionality
● Build robust RESTful APIs that serve data and insights to DataWeave and other products
