About the Role

We are hiring for our client for the role of Java Developer. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in backend development, Java-based microservices architecture, and REST API development. This role involves designing, developing, debugging, and optimizing enterprise-grade applications in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop backend services and microservices using Java
• Design and build REST APIs for enterprise applications
• Participate in application architecture, design, and development activities
• Debug, test, and optimize application performance
• Support deployment, maintenance, and production issue resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions
• Ensure code quality, best practices, and performance optimization

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Java development

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates available within 0–15 days preferred

Roles:

• Developing core infrastructure in Python, Django.
• Developing models and business logic (e. g. transactions, payments, diet plan, search, etc).
• Architecting servers and services that enable new product features.
• Building out newly enabled product features

• Minimum 4 years of industry or open-source experience.
• Proficient in at least one OO language: Python(preferred)/Golang/Java.
• Writing high-performance, reliable and maintainable code.
• Good knowledge of database structures, theories, principles, and practices.
• Experience working with AWS components [EC2, S3, RDS, SQS, ECS, Lambda].

1. Conduct counseling sessions addressing IT-related matters

2. Evaluate students' technical skills and align them with career interests in the IT field

3. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and students to comprehend their specific IT-related needs

4. Develop personalized academic and career plans tailored for the IT industry

5. Guide academic improvement, emphasizing IT skill development

6. Assist in cultivating technical skills relevant to the IT sector

7. Coordinate informative sessions on IT courses and career pathways

8. Maintain accurate records of student's progress and counselling sessions

Requirements:

1. Education: Minimum of 12th pass or Graduation

2. Experience: 1 year, preferably with a 12th-grade qualification

3. Languages: Proficient in English

4. Skills: Strong communication, active listening, and empathy, particularly within an IT context
