Role & Responsibilities
As a Company - Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating stunning visuals across a wide range of media including digital, print, and video content. You'll collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and creative teams to bring our brand vision to life while ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. Your work will help shape the visual identity of the brand and engage our target audience in meaningful ways.
What will you bring-
· 1-4 years of design and work experience in visual design, including creating graphics and video content for digital and print media.
· Skilled in apt design tools like Adobe Suite - Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, Premier Pro, and After Effects with an eye for composition, color, design, space design, and details.
· Proven ability to create both static and motion-based ads (e.g., GIFs, Lottie animations)
· Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital creative work, including examples of ad integration in digital environments.
· Use data - Check CTRs and revamp design basis the learning.
· Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

What will you do?
- Oversees testing, deployment & maintenance of the Voice infrastructure.
- Performing a variety of tasks associated with user provisioning and call routing within the assigned platform
- Build loaders for internal systems ensuring tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Participate in meetings with clients and internal departments to understand the requirements of call routing
- Document and design call flow diagrams to ensure that all call variables have been accounted for in preparing a routing plan

About the role
As a Student Success Manager, you will be an individual contributor assisting EduRev’s sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition and retaining existing customers by constantly supporting them. Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Understanding the product and the target market audience. Become a product evangelist first.
- Handle the problems faced by users in real-time
- Ensuring that EduRev offers customer experience to all its users across multiple platforms.
