Job Role:
The Sales Manager will play a key role in driving sales efforts for Quest Coworks. This role involves managing sales processes, generating leads, and maintaining strong client relationships to drive revenue generation. The Sales Manager will work closely with the senior sales team to achieve sales targets and maximize business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Target Achievement:
Drive and achieve sales targets for Office Space leasing and cross-seil additional services like Meeting Rooms, Training Rooms, Virtual Offices, etc.
2. Lead Generation
Generate new leads from potential clients in the corporate, hospitality, and residential real estate sectors, utilizing various channels such as networking, cold calling, and referrals.
3. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing cllents, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty while identifying opportunities for upselling.
4. Sales Presentations:
Present products and services to potential clients, addressing their needs and providing tailored solutions based on the Quest Coworks offering.
5. Sales Reporting:
Regularly update the team on progress toward sales targets, pipeline status, and lead conversion rates
6. Collaboration with Operations:
Work with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and transition of clients, resolving any queries or concerns they may have.
7. Market Research:
Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position Quest Coworks in the marketplace.
8. Negotiations:
Lead negotiations and work towards closing deals with clients, ensuring that both parties' needs are met.
9. Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, ensuring motivation, goal alignment, and productivity.
