Sales Head – IT SaaS

Position: Senior Façade Designer

Role Objective: To lead and direct the Façade Design team in the development of innovative, high-performance façade, glazing, and cladding solutions. The role is fundamentally responsible for the technical integrity, quality, and successful delivery of all façade design outputs, from conception through to execution.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Design Leadership & Strategy:

• Lead the comprehensive design process for major façade projects, establishing innovative concepts and solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, oversight, and mentorship to the entire design team.

Technical Governance & Final Approval:

• Serve as the final technical authority for the review and approval of all detailed façade drawings and specifications.
• Ensure all designs rigorously adhere to architectural plans, engineering requirements, and both local and international building codes.

Team & Stakeholder Management:

• Manage and lead project teams, comprising designers and engineers, to achieve project objectives.
• Act as the principal liaison between the design department, project execution teams, and clients.

Innovation & Quality Assurance:

• Govern the quality control process and direct rigorous performance assessments of all façade systems.
• Remain at the forefront of industry advancements and champion the implementation of new technologies and cost-effective solutions.

Mandatory Candidate Profile:

• Education: A Bachelor's degree/Diploma in (Civil /Mechanical) Engineering or a closely related technical field is mandatory.
• Experience: The candidate must demonstrate a minimum of 7-10 years of extensive and progressive experience in façade design.
• Technical Knowledge: Expert-level proficiency in advanced CAD software and façade design tools is required , along with profound expertise in diverse façade materials and systems.

Reporting Structure:

• The position reports directly to the Design Manager or the Head of Façade Design.

Strong Art Direction / Visual Design Leadership Profile

Mandatory (Experience 1) : Must have 3+ YOE in Art Direction / Video Production / Graphic Design, with strong exposure to Video creation, Podcasts and Motion Graphics

Mandatory (Skill 1) : Must have strong experience in Video-first content, social media design, and digital storytelling

Mandatory (Skill 2) : Must have experience working in content-heavy / fast-paced environments (media, content, marketing, or digital-first brands)

Mandatory (Skill 3) : Must have strong expertise in visual storytelling, design systems, and building cohesive visual languages

Mandatory (Skill 4) : Must have hands-on experience in designing for social, digital, and video content (thumbnails, creatives, motion-led assets, etc.)

Mandatory (Portfolio) : Must have very strong portfolio showcasing Podcasts, Marketing Videos, Motion Graphics and visual story-telling

Mandatory (Tools) : Must be proficient in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)

Mandatory (Note) : Hybrid, WFH flexibility 4 days a month

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled iOS Developer with 4-5 years of experience in developing and maintaining native iOS applications. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Swift and Objective-C, with a strong understanding of the iOS ecosystem, Apple's design principles, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain advanced applications for the iOS platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.

MUST HAVE - SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

- Around 4 +years of overall software development experience.

- Around 3 years of expertise in Go Language (aka GoLang) and SQL, with skills in data retrieval and manipulation.
