Job description: 

1. Lead the Technical and Regulatory documentation for smooth operations. 

2. Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of COA, TDS, MSDS and other related technical documents. 

3. Maintain a real-time database of Products & Suppliers with corresponding technical documents.

4. Mentor and guide the documentation team on writing practices and processes 

5. Bring in strong Chemistry knowledge and support the demand and supply team with suitable inputs on specifications.

• Strong experience in Java programming.
• Must have experience on MicroServices using Spring boots /Jersy /Swagger / any other Microservices technology stack
• Good experience in either Spring or Hibernate
• Must have at least 1to 2 years’ experience in Web application
• Knowledge of OOP concepts, industry best practices, and design
• Good understanding of web technology/enterprise-level applications
• Good to have experience in JavaScript frameworks
• Good to have experience in Agile Methodology

Job Description:

The Operations Support Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer queries related to the business portal's features and services. The role also involves building a high-trust value proposition with clients and influencing them to leverage the product in the best possible manner. • Solve queries related to optimum usage of opted services with quality inputs and provide a resolution within the defined TAT.
• Proper coordination with the Graphic designer team and the sales team.

• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
• Approve existing campaigns, Create campaigns, and prolet.
• Develop and deliver reports for every client.
• Submit a report and coordinate with the marketing team to help increase the deliverable for every client as per the requirement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the EdTech, IT services field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with corporate customers
• Excellent negotiation and contract-closing skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
