Other specific Delivery responsibilitites:

- Focus on developing and optimizing delivery processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and client satisfaction. You will analyze existing processes, identify areas for enhancement, and implement strategies to streamline workflows.
- Understanding client needs and aligning delivery effort, and exceeding client expectations throughout the entire delivery process.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience working with RPA technologies (preferably UiPath)
- One should be willing to do Handson in UIPath as in when needed, though its a managerial role for limited time
- Proven track record of managing client engagements and developing strong client relationships
- Knowledgeable in at least one area of consulting, such as strategy, operations, technology, or finance
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
