Sales Executive

We are looking for a BI professional with strong expertise in Tableau development, analytics, and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building, maintaining, and optimizing business-critical dashboards while collaborating with business and data teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Tableau dashboards and reporting solutions across Finance, HR, Operations, and Product domains.
• Manage Tableau Server activities including publishing, performance optimization, and data source management.
• Analyze and resolve dashboard defects, enhancement requests, and data-related issues from stakeholders.
• Perform complex data manipulation, calculations, parameterization, and implement advanced Tableau features.
• Write and optimize SQL queries on GCP data platforms such as BigQuery.
• Use Python scripting for data processing, automation, and backend support related to BI solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, business users, and data engineering teams to deliver scalable reporting capabilities.
• Follow best practices in data warehousing, semantic modeling, version control (Git), and CI/CD workflows.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
• Expertise in dashboard development, reporting, and performance optimization.
• Mandatory experience working on GCP, especially BigQuery.
• Strong SQL skills with experience optimizing reporting workloads.
• Hands-on experience with Python scripting for BI/reporting support.
• Good understanding of data warehousing and reporting best practices.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD practices for BI deployments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Installation of New PC, Laptops, Mobile Devices. Apple Mac will be an added advantage
  
• Manual and Automated methods of Installing and Troubleshooting of Windows 7, 8, 10,
• Installation of Android latest versions, Windows mobile Operating system. Mac will be an added advantage
• Installation/Updating drivers, windows software, License activation
  
• Hardware Troubleshooting and spare replacement on Desktops, Laptops mandatory ( Lenovo, HP, Dell )
  
• Installation and Troubleshooting of Wifi routers and Basic LAN Network.
• Installation and Troubleshooting of Printers, Scanners and All in one printers (USB/LAN)
• Fair knowledge on using remote support tools.
• Good communication skills written and verbal English.
• Understanding the service flow and process oriented.

Requirement 

• Min. 1yr to 3yr experience. (Must have L1 technical knowledge of Desktop, Laptop, Network LAN, Wifi and printers) 
• Ability to install, configure and troubleshoot Windows 7/8/10.
• Ability to install, configure and troubleshoot Android, Windows Mobile and Apple devices.
• Applications installation, troubleshoot software/LAN/WIFI issues.
• HW troubleshooting skills on desktops and laptops by using relevant diagnosis tools. (Lenovo, Dell and HP mandatory). 
• Replacing spares for Desktop and Laptops. (Lenovo, Dell and HP mandatory mandatory).
• Candidate should be ready for end to end field support. 
• Possess 2 wheeler with driving license is must. 
• Flexible for travel out of the city if required. 
• Knowledge on Windows Server, Active Directory, and O365 will be an added advantage. 
• Education: Diploma/Graduation/Undergraduate.
• Should adhere and follow the process and flow laid down by the organisation.
• Good communication skills both written and verbal in English.
• Immediate joining preferred.
• Should have taken at least Covid Vaccination 1st dose.

• We are looking for solid senior front-end developers who are well-versed with React, Redux.
• Here is the tech stack on the front end side - React, Gatsby, TypeScript, Jest, SAAS

About the product

Docexa provides a suite of tools for doctors that can help them create their digital presence with their own page, run online consultations, manage their daily calendar and more!

We are completely revamping the current platform and building it from scratch. This is the biggest project we have taken on till date and this will move our product from the 90s to the future.

What your role will involve:

We have a basic design language and a design system which can be extended to build rest of the product. You are going to have full ownership of this.

You are not just going to be designing mock ups. You will be involved in strategic product thinking to solve real user and business problems, ideate on user flows and take responsibility of user testing, prototypes, visual design, animations and production of spec and assets.

In this role, you will report to the Product Manager and run things collaboratively.

Minimum Requirements:

Most importantly, you need to be super passionate about design and obsessive about detail while having a good sense of users and a keen interest to understand broad business goals.

Other than that you need to have:

• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX designs
• Comfortable being the only designer in the team
• A classy taste for colors and clean design
• Proficiency in Figma
• Ability to put user needs over your own preferences in design decisions
• Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to express design ideas
• Ability to put your ego aside and take feedback with an open mind
