• Deployment and monitoring large database clusters in public cloud platforms (e.g., Docker, Terraform, Datadog)
• Creating ETL or ELT pipelines that transform and process petabytes of structured and unstructured data in real-time

Job Description for UI/UX Designer position (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

• Creating user-centered mobile and web designs by understanding product requirements and user feedback.
• Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces.
• Executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Build wireframes, designs and prototype elegant interactive solutions.
• Work on the UI/UX Designs across multiple platforms, mobile and web.

Key requirements:

• 0-2 year of experience with UI/UX design.
• Have finished or are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in user experience, design or related field.
• Proven UI/UX skills and experience.

• Proficiency in Figma.

• Experience working with Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Kafka, Kinesis).
• Experience with large scale data processing systems for both batch and streaming technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Kinesis, Flink).
• Experience in programming using Python, Java or Scala.
• Experience with data orchestration tools (Airflow, Oozie, Step Functions).
• Solid understanding of database technologies including NoSQL and SQL.
• Strong in SQL queries (experience with Snowflake Cloud Datawarehouse is a plus)
• Work experience in Talend is a plus
• Track record of delivering reliable data pipelines with solid test infrastructure, CICD, data quality checks, monitoring, and alerting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with ability to balance competing priorities.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills and an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.

Good to have

• Experience with AWS big data technologies - S3, EMR, Kinesis, Redshift, Glue

• 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in a startup
• An engineering degree preferably, from a top-tier school (or equivalent experience)
• Hands-on experience in the JavaScript ecosystem, libraries, and tooling (ES6/7), React.js, and Redux
• Knowledge of React Hooks is an added advantage.
