Position - News Editor

We are looking for a passionate News editor to join our editorial team and add flavor to the news articles. Every day, the role would include coordinating with an enthusiastic team of web3 experts in drafting articles that resonate with the target audience.

Experience: 4+ years of experience.

Roles and responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the newsroom, ensuring the timely publication of news articles.
• Helping and assisting the digital marketing team in framing content strategies.
• Source, assign, and review news articles, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to editorial guidelines.
• Monitor industry trends, breaking news, and regulatory updates to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Collaborate with the social media and multimedia teams to enhance content distribution.
• Manage newsroom workflows, set deadlines, and provide editorial direction to the team.
• Conduct meticulous final checks to catch any errors, inaccuracies, or formatting issues.
• Collaborate with writers to address feedback and make necessary revisions.
• Utilize content management systems (CMS) to publish and schedule articles and multimedia content.

Note:-

Preference

• Experience in working with a team of journalists or any news media platform related to fintech.
• Experience in finding and fetching trending news using social media channels like Twitter, Reddit, Telegram, and other open-source platforms.
• Exposure to modern technologies like AI, blockchain, and Web3.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an editor in a crypto media platform.
• Exceptional command of the English language, with strong writing and editing skills.
• Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS).

In this role, you will:

• Conduct deep research on the foundations and capabilities of LLMs.
• Design and implement innovative research projects to explore the application of LLMs for code understanding and generation.
• Develop and evaluate novel techniques for LLM fine-tuning and adaptation to the specific needs
• Collaborate with engineers and other scientists to integrate LLM solutions seamlessly into the Nurturebox platform.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in LLM research and present findings at conferences and within the company.
• Build a RAG-based solution and leverage Vector DB, Graph DB, chunking, ranking, indexing, semantic search, etc.

You are the ideal candidate if you have:

• Strong foundation skills in AI/ML systems
• Hands-on experience of working with LLMs
• Proven experience conducting deep research on LLMs, with a strong understanding of their architecture, training methods, and capabilities.
• Expertise in natural language processing (NLP) techniques, including text representation, machine translation, and text summarization.
• A solid foundation in machine learning fundamentals, including deep learning architectures and optimization algorithms.
• Excellent programming skills in Python, with experience using popular deep learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• A passion for innovation and a desire to push the boundaries of what's possible with LLMs.
• Knowledge of LLM evaluation methodologies

• Experience working with LLM for codebase
• Experience in building and deploying real-world LLM applications.

Experienced Android developer, to be a part of Digital Imaging Group to develop new set of complex features for Photoshop Express mobile application on Android. The  responsibility will include taking the product/components through entire life cycle from requirement analysis to delivery, adding multi-platform support, meeting the reliability and performance targets required .

Requirements:

·        Should have a strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals.

·        Must have 2-10 years of software design and development experience, preferably in a product development environment.
