Role Overview

We are looking for Frontend Developers with strong experience in Angular and/or Flutter who are comfortable working in a modern AI-assisted development environment.

The ideal candidate should be skilled in rapid UI prototyping using AI tools, converting design concepts into high-quality frontend components, and ensuring that AI-generated code meets accessibility (A11y), performance, and corporate styling standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Build responsive and scalable frontend applications using Angular and/or Flutter.
• Use AI-powered tools to accelerate UI development and component generation.
• Convert Figma designs into high-fidelity UI components efficiently.
• Use tools like v0.dev, Screenshot-to-Code, or similar AI design-to-code tools to generate UI components.
• Ensure AI-generated code meets accessibility (A11y) and UI/UX standards.
• Maintain consistent corporate design systems and styling standards.
• Collaborate closely with design and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Optimize UI components for performance and responsiveness.

Must-Have Skills

• 3–5 years of frontend development experience
• Strong proficiency in Angular and/or Flutter
• Experience building responsive and scalable UI components
• Experience converting Figma designs into frontend components
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (v0.dev, Screenshot-to-Code, Cursor, Copilot, etc.)
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern frontend frameworks

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of web and mobile app development projects.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and delivery — ensuring milestones are achieved within deadlines and budgets.
• Coordinate between clients, developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure clarity and smooth communication.
• Define project requirements, sprint plans, and resource allocation using Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Conduct regular status meetings, performance tracking, and progress reporting.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and blockers, and develop proactive solutions.
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through transparency and consistent project updates.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance project processes and overall delivery efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

3–8 years of experience in project management within a software or digital agency environment.

Strong understanding of web and mobile app development life cycles.

Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.

Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or Asana.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.

Knowledge of frontend (React, Next.js), backend (Node.js, Django), or mobile (Flutter, React Native) technologies is a plus.

Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred but not mandatory.

Prior experience managing offshore or remote teams.

Exposure to SaaS, AI-powered, or enterprise software projects.

* Good knowledge of Node.js/ NextJS, Express.js, React and MongoDB

* Need a clear understanding of JavaScript and Typescript.

* Excellent grasp of data structures and designing and developing REST APIs.

* Good skills of either RDBMS (e.g. MySQL or PostgreSQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB or equivalent).

* Must have at least 3 years’ experience in MERN Stack development.

* Experience in developing responsive web applications.

* Good communication skills.

* Sound understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies and ability to participate in local and remote Sprints.

* Good grasp of UI / UX concepts.

* Should have experience in using Git and VSCode.

* Knowledge of AWS, Azure, CI / CD, Gitflow, shell scripting will be considered positively.

As a Product Analyst, you will be responsible for synthesizing data to provide actionable insights to the leadership and the product team to influence strategy and growth.

• Providing key data inputs needed for launching the product
• Monitoring the performance of new features and recommending iterations based on your findings
• Defining metrics we need to drive, setting up targets and tracking the progress of our products
• Researching on competition and players across the world to benchmark metrics and set goals
• Conducting customer interviews to understand the customer journey and mapping it to certain patterns we notice in our data
• Analysing root cause and debugging for metric deviations and bugs
• Building dashboards and tools, crafting analyses to make better decisions
• Working with other teams - engineering, data analysts, content closely for setting up, measuring and tracking product metrics
• Evaluating tools to measure product metrics and being a key member in setting up tools working with other teams
• Being the gatekeeper for ensuring data governance around the organization
• Other usual tasks like creating and maintenance of reports and dashboards for ongoing performance tracking

Desired Candidate Profile

• BTech Graduate from good institutes
• Experience in product analytics is a plus (0-3 years)
• Prior experience in a data analysis related profile for an e-commerce/internet company
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to use SQL or reporting tools to derive actionable insights from user behavior
• Strong passion for analytics and problem solving
• A strong bias for action
• Understanding the common metrics used in the internet industry along with business growth metrics such as retention, churn, CAC, CLTV, etc    

We are dedicated to supporting the Business Central product and have a very experienced team of expert consultants in the field, all with about 10 or more years of experience. 

• 5+ years' Dynamics NAV development experience and at least 2 years in AL development.
• Experience working with NAV versions 2017, 2018, and D365 Business Central
• Developing complex customisations, data migration, plugins, and integration to external systems
• Debugging and troubleshoot issues related to NAV/BC code
• Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Automate)
• SQL and .NET, SSRS, AL Programming and integrations
• Experience in report layout developments
• Experience with Web APIs including SOAP, Rest OData, etc.
• Experience in NAV upgrades
• Previous experience working with geographically diverse teams.
