About the Role : 

We’re looking for a marketing intern who understands the basics and is eager to get their hands dirty across brand, content, growth, and website management. You’ll be working closely with the founding team and contributing to real business outcomes—not just make PPTs.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital channels
• Create and manage content for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Support content writing—captions, blogs, basic copy
• Manage and update the Shopify website (product uploads, descriptions, banners, basic hygiene)
• Coordinate with designers/developers for website updates when needed
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Help with influencer outreach and partnerships
• Support on-ground/launch activities if needed

What We’re Looking For

• Basic understanding of marketing fundamentals (digital, content, social)
• Familiarity with Shopify or willingness to learn quickly
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort with tools like Instagram, LinkedIn, Canva, Google Sheets, etc.
• A proactive attitude—you take initiative without being told
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Bonus: prior internships, personal projects, or experience managing a website/store

 Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud AI Engineer with strong Cloud and Data Engineering capabilities to design, build, and deploy intelligent AI agents and end-to-end AI solutions.

The ideal candidate bridges the gap between AI research, data engineering, and full-stack software development. You should possess deep expertise in Vertex AI, GCP ADK, modern AI orchestration frameworks, and cloud-native data services. Beyond building systems, you must have hands-on experience in advanced AI optimisations—including prompt engineering, context engineering, and harness engineering.

 Experience Required: 5+ Years of total IT experience (with a minimum of 2+ years dedicated to Google Cloud, Machine Learning, and AI)

Key Responsibilities

AI & Agentic Engineering

●     Multi-Agent Design: Design, develop, and orchestrate complex Agentic AI applications and multi-agent workflows on GCP.

●     Core AI Stack: Build and deploy scalable AI solutions leveraging Vertex AI and GCP ADK (Agent Development Kit).

●     Advanced LLM Techniques: Implement advanced Prompt Engineering, Context Engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows.

●     Testing & Evaluation: Design robust evaluation frameworks using Harness Engineering principles to benchmark agent performance, guardrails, and accuracy

Cloud Integration

●     End-to-End Delivery: Develop full-stack AI applications, seamlessly integrating backend services, secure APIs (RESTful/gRPC), and responsive user interfaces.

●     Scalable Infrastructure: Design and maintain scalable, secure, and production-grade AI systems utilizing GCP cloud-native architectures.

KEY DUTIES

• Independently own and resolve high-priority or complex customer issues with minimal supervision
• Reproduce and analyze product defects using advanced troubleshooting techniques and tools
• Collaborate with developers to identify root causes and drive timely resolution of defects
• Identify trends in escalations and provide feedback to improve product quality and customer experience
• Document investigation findings, root causes, and resolution steps clearly for both internal and external audiences
• Contribute to knowledge base articles and process improvements to enhance team efficiency
• Represent the escalation team in product reviews or defect triage meetings
• Build subject matter expertise in specific products or components
• Mentor and assist junior team members by reviewing their investigations and coaching through complex cases
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to team planning and backlog refinement
• Other duties as assigned

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Typically requires 3–6 years of technical experience in a support, development, or escalation role
• Strong technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
• Proficient in debugging tools, logs, and test environments
• Ability to independently manage multiple complex issues and drive them to closure
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative, Agile environment
• Proficiency with relevant scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell, Java)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — especially when engaging with customers in critical or escalated situations
• Demonstrated customer-first mindset with an emphasis on clarity, empathy, and follow- through
• Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to document and communicate technical concepts clearly
