Roles and Responsibilities: ● Develop and execute innovative online and offline campaigns with a strong emphasis on Web3 strategies, including NFT promotions, blockchain-based gamification, digital marketing, brand partnerships, and on-ground activation to drive substantial traffic to digital channels. ● Identify, develop, and optimize growth channels specific to the Web3 ecosystem, aiming to maximize revenue growth through decentralized platforms and technologies. ● Analyze marketing data, user feedback, and blockchain analytics to shape future Web3-centric marketing strategies. ● Propose new Web3 initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads, leveraging smart contracts, DAOs, and tokenomics to engage with a tech-savvy audience. ● Provide insights and expertise to enhance the efficacy of marketing activities, focusing on content development, optimization, and advertising within the Web3 space. ● Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through various channels, including traditional digital channels and emerging Web3 platforms. ● Work closely with other teams to share ideas, feedback, and present results, fostering an environment of innovation and cross-functional synergy in the realm of Web3. Key Requirements: ● You possess a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with a strong preference for candidates with additional certification or experience in blockchain and Web3 technologies. ● You have prior experience in a growth hacking role with a specific focus on Web3 projects or companies. ● Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage data, metrics, analytics, consumer behaviour trends, and blockchain analytics to generate creative and innovative ideas. ● A highly goal-oriented individual who is resilient in your pursuit of growth within the fast-evolving Web3 ecosystem. ● Open-minded, curious, and a strong problem solver with a passion for exploring new technologies and platforms in the Web3 space

We are currently seeking a full stack software engineer that can architect, design, develop and test applications using the following technologies: React JS, Spring Boot and REST API

Responsibilities:

·      Architect and design scalable, resilient, and cost-effective solutions

·      Lead the engineering team on all design and development work.

·      Hands on with implementing solutions and functions which collaborates with AI/ML products.

·     Experience with system diagrams, technical specifications, implementation and support  plans.

·      Can work in close association with team and communicate efficiently with senior management on various Tech development aspects.

Qualifications:

·      Bachelor's degree/Masters/MS in Computer Science, Information Technology  or a related field..

·      8+ years of experience architecting and designing software solutions.

·      5+ years of experience using UI based technologies such as JavaScript/Typescript, React and/or Next JS

·      5+ years of development experience with Object Orientated Programming (e.g., Java, C++)

·      5+ years of experience with (CI/CD) and Agile methodology

·      5+ years of experience building large scale distributed applications.

·      Hands on experience developing custom file viewers.

·      Experience with web development frameworks, databases, and version control systems

·      Hands on experience with integrating the front end with the back end using REST API’s

*Performs analysis of functional and business requirements

*Applies in-depth or broad technical knowledge to maintain data engineering functions performs solution design.

*Applies the company, open source, and 3rd party technologies to highly complex infrastructure and software solutions.

*Introduce new product features and enhance the platform

*Ability to translate business reporting requirements into a production report.

Experience: 6+ years

Location: Pune

Lead/support implementation of core cloud components and document critical design and configuration details to support enterprise cloud initiatives. The Cloud Infrastructure Lead will be primarily responsible for utilizing technical skills to coordinate enhancements and deployment efforts and to provide insight and recommendations for implementing client solutions. Leads will work closely with Customer, Cloud Architect, other Cloud teams and other functions.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in Cloud Foundation setup from the hierarchy of Organization to individual services
• Experience in Cloud Virtual Network, VPN Gateways, Tunneling, Cloud Load Balancing, Cloud Interconnect, Cloud DNS
• Experience working with scalable networking technologies such as Load Balancers/Firewalls and web standards (REST APIs, web security mechanisms)
• Experience working with Identity and access management (MFA, SSO, AD Connect, App Registrations, Service Principals)
• Familiarity with standard IT security practices such as encryption, certificates and key management.
• Experience in Deploying and maintaining Applications on Kubernetes
• Must have worked on one or more configuration tools such an Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell DSC
• Experience on Cloud Storage services including MS SQL DB, Tables, Files etc
• Experience on Cloud Monitoring and Alerts mechanism
• Well versed with Governance and Cloud best practices for Security and Cost optimization 
• Experience in one or more of the following: Shell scripting, PowerShell, Python or Ruby. 
• Experience with Unix/Linux operating systems internals and administration (e.g., filesystems, system calls) or networking (e.g., TCP/IP, routing, network topologies and hardware, SDN)
• Should have strong knowledge of Cloud billing and understand costing of different cloud services 
• Prior professional experience in IT Strategy, IT Business Management, Cloud & Infrastructure, or Systems Engineering

Preferred 

• Compute: Infrastructure, Platform Sizing, Consolidation, Tiered and Virtualized Storage, Automated Provisioning, Rationalization, Infrastructure Cost Reduction, Thin Provisioning
• Experience with Operating systems and Software
• Sound background with Networking and Security 
• Experience with Open Source: Sizing and Performance Analyses, Selection and Implementation, Platform Design and Selection
• Experience with Infrastructure-Based Processes: Monitoring, Capacity Planning, Facilities Management, Performance Tuning, Asset Management, Disaster Recovery, Data Center support
