Position Responsibilities
The Support Services Analyst will be part of the Support Services team which uses, top-of-the-line CRM tools like Sales force and other applications. The Support Services Analsyt in Deltek|Replicon is not only a Support professional, but also a good researcher, a tester and a consultant to both customers and product management.
- Resolve the Application Support queries and issues that have been handed over by the Associate Support Analysts (Tier 1) and ensure that all assigned requests are addressed within the time limit set by the Product Support Associate (Tier 1)
- Take ownership and responsibility of issues from start through to a successful resolution and follow the escalation process, to speed up the resolution.
- Effective and efficient working in partnership with other departments to prevent delay in resolution
- Applying technology in multiple ways to configure the product and helping the customer implement Replicons products.
- Documenting customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Solid understanding of product limits and suggesting ways of improving the product
- Logically understanding the concepts of other SaaS based products for integration requests
- Proactively identifying trends or recurring issues and recommending process improvements or product enhancements to minimize future incidents.
Qualifications
- Any Bachelor's Degree
- At least 4 years of experience in software application support and/or infrastructure support
- Understanding of Web technology, basic networking, hardware knowledge and software applications
- Experience of Windows platforms including configuration e.g. configure software to connect to Internet application servers, SSO configuration, API, Webservices
- Understanding of SQL Server or Oracle database management systems.
- Excellent communication skills - verbal, written, listening skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate in a tactful, courteous manner and to deal with and resolve complex situations in a professional manner
- Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously and effectively work individually or in a team environment
- Open to work in a 24/7 support environment
● 1-2 years in outbound focused sales position desired; customer-oriented background
required (sales, support, customer service) in B2B preferably
● Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● The ability to generate leads independently.
● Willingness to learn and apply the fundamentals of the MEDDIC Sales process approach

Qualification & Experience
Prior Digital Marketing Experience of 4-6 years.
Prior experience with start-ups in Ecommerce/DTC space or agencies that have managed brands in DTC is preferred.
Key Deliverables of the Role
Manage all paid search campaigns on Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn, as well as other search and display marketing engines.
Execute on monthly and quarterly plans to grow user base and manage marketing budgets on Search engines, social media, and
other digital channels.
Optimizing channels and campaigns for cost and performance managing both the cost of traffic and cost of acquisition-
including responsibility for landing page, funnel optimization (working with revenue and product teams) to improve relevance
and improve conversion rates.
Responsible for the creation, set-up, and execution and optimization of various ads and campaigns.
Implementing campaigns using a structure and strategy that best suits business and goal.
Performing keyword research and writing ad copy
Analyzing performance data and optimizing campaigns to ensure they are continuously bringing quality traffic to our websites
while maintaining a strong ROI for every stakeholder's marketing budget.
Communicate with the stakeholders on a regular basis to report on campaigns and overall health and provide recommendations
to enhance performance
Implementing Paid Search industry best practices, new trends and technologies, and platform updates (e.g. AdWords, FB,
LinkedIn etc.)
Traffic ad campaigns and builds on ad serving platforms.
Conduct A/B tests in ads to understand contributing factors that drive the business forward.
Monitor and analyze advertising trends, and make optimizations recommendations.
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies
Ability to handle large media spending while catering to different internal business customers.
Minimum 5 years of experience working directly for an advertiser, agency, ad tech or social media platform.
Minimum 5 years of experience managing digital media including Facebook, Google, LinkedIn etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; effectively communicate with internal stakeholders at all levels of the
organization, vendors, and team members.
