Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 3 + years of professional experience in motion design with direct exposure to app-based and web-based products.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Service Desk Analyst with expertise in call handling and ticket management. The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting skills, experience with ITSM tools, and familiarity with US customer support in a 24x7 operational environment. Retail domain knowledge and certifications such as ITIL, Google, or AWS will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound calls and manage IT service requests and incidents efficiently
• Create, update, and resolve tickets using tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, etc.

Own partition floorplanning for optimizing blocks for Power, Performance and Area.
Own execution from synthesis to place and route of partitions through all signoff including timing signoff, physical verification, EMIR signoff , Formal Equivalence, and Low Power Verification.

The primary goal is to Perform Account Reconciliation for the client across multiple portfolios,
Responsibilities :
Performing daily end to end cash reconciliation activities that includes conducting analysis and
recording transactions
Identifying reasons for variances in cash/assets through bank & custody statements and other
supporting data.
Interacting with designated internal teams, bank, custody and advisors for missing trades /corporate
actions/ other transaction items
Following up on actions for pending transactions/incorrect booking with trade team/bank/custody.
Verifying prices and income, rate of interest etc. depending upon the security being booked through
Bloomberg or other market data services and provide appropriate back-ups.
