Making conversation with the prospective SME business owners and moving them to a product demonstration Collaborate with all internal and external teams and perform troubleshooting on all client issues and ensure timely resolution. Close sales with qualified leads to generate new business and ensure the client’s needs are met Encourage potential clients to buy premium products and close the best possible deal Build customer relationships with existing clients by reaching out via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication to increase the likelihood of them using our services again Track sales cycle progress on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure customer acquisition goals are met Showcase the company’s strengths and highlight our brand by talking exclusively about the characteristics that make our organisation unique
