Looking for an experienced Cloud Engineering & DevOps Leader with proven

expertise in building and managing large-scale SaaS platforms in the financial services or

high-transaction domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AWS cloud

infrastructure, DevOps automation, compliance frameworks (ISO, VAPT), and cost

optimization strategies.

Cloud Platforms: AWS (Lambda, EC2, VPC, CloudFront, Auto Scaling, etc.)

● DevOps & Automation: Python, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, Monitoring/Alerting

systems

Preferred Profile

● Experience: 15–20 years in infrastructure, cloud engineering, or DevOps roles, with

at least 5 years in a leadership position.

● Domain Knowledge: Experience in broking, financial services, or high-volume

trading platforms is strongly preferred.

● Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Electronics or

related field.

● Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, cost-conscious approach, ability to work under

pressure, cross-functional collaboration.

Job Description:

• Develop business plans and manage partnerships to offer value added services for Prepaid card users.
• Compare with competition, keep track and maintain competitive track sheet.
• Brings strategic tie-ups which can aligned with card offerings.
• Building relationships with affiliates & partners for more business, better placements & visibility.
• Managing end-to-end promotions & offer execution for partner sale events- Festive campaigns, OEM launches.

• Experienced in automated deployment tools such Continuous Integration (Azure DevOps/Git).
• Excellent debugging skills; able to debug complex technical issues involving multiple system components. Good to have knowledge on online & offline sync capabilities in Progressive Web Application (PWA) implementation.
• Knowledge on Azure DevOps is optional.
• Knowledge on INFORM, WARN and ERROR logging in Azure Application Insights, error handling, access authorization, data connectivity in C# is mandatory.
• Knowledge on publisher/subscriber queueing such as RabbitMQ.
• All C# code must contain descriptive comments to functions, or complex/nested loops, if, or case statements.
• Knowledge on NetSuite is an advantage.
• Knowledge on Azure Active Directory is an advantage. Knowledge on OAuth 2.0 & JWT Tokens is mandatory. Writing high-level design and technical analysis documents.

About the role

As a Student Success Manager, you will be an individual contributor assisting EduRev’s sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition and retaining existing customers by constantly supporting them. Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Understanding the product and the target market audience. Become a product evangelist first.
• Handle the problems faced by users in real-time
• Ensuring that EduRev offers customer experience to all its users across multiple platforms.
• Communicate with users on a regular basis to understand how we can improve the product further and understand the problems faced by users.
• Run experiments to understand the processes which get the maximum conversion & ROI.
• Making outbound calls to potential users, understanding the context of a student's preparation, assessing his/her learning patterns and pitching relevant products and making a sale.
• Building an empathetic relationship with the students and understanding their motivation levers and genuinely guide them in taking the right decision.
• Increase the brand awareness among users through direct interaction with the users & their parents.
