About the Role:

MyOperator is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team. This internship offers hands-on experience in handling customer queries, managing support tickets, and gaining exposure to the workings of a fast-growing SaaS company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries via calls, emails, and support tickets.
• Assist in resolving issues related to panel access, call reports, and login problems.
• Update ticket statuses and maintain accurate customer records using Zoho Desk.
• Collaborate with the support team to escalate complex issues to relevant departments.
• Assist in creating and maintaining FAQs and troubleshooting documentation.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English(spoken and written).
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn support tools and CRM systems.
• Strong interest in SaaS, tech support, or customer-facing roles.
• Availability for a full-time (Monday to Saturday, rotational shifts).

• Set up meetings between client decision makers and company's decision makers and company's practice leaders/ Principals.
• Plan approaches and pitches.
• Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
• Participate in pricing the solution/services.
• Handle objection by clarifying, emphasizing agreement and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
• Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
• Present new products and services and enhance existing relationship.
• Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
• Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.

Requirements:

• Energetic self-starter, with a desire to work in a startup environment.
• Proficient in advanced Java programming skills.
• Expert in Application development cloud/on premise end to end. Middle layer, DB layer.
• Nice to have understanding on MQ and DB
• Good hands on in Complex Event Processing systems.
• Solved scale and performance issues while dealing with huge sets of data. Pre compute or data aggregation frameworks to achieve good response time.
• Real world experience working with large datasets and NoSQL database technologies
• Experience of debugging applications running on Unix like systems (e.g. Ubuntu, CentOS)
• Experience developing RESTful APIs for complex data sets
• Knowledge of container based development & deployment (e.g. Dockers, rkt)
• Expertise in software security domain, a plus

Position Summary-

This role will support the customer implementation of a data quality and reliability product. The candidate is expected to install the product in the client environment, manage proof of concepts with prospects, and become a product expert and troubleshoot post installation, production issues. The role will have significant interaction with the client data engineering team and the candidate is expected to have good communication skills.

Required experience

1. 6-7 years experience providing engineering support to data domain/pipelines/data engineers.
2. Experience in troubleshooting data issues, analyzing end to end data pipelines and in working with users in resolving issues
3. Experience setting up enterprise security solutions including setting up active directories, firewalls, SSL certificates, Kerberos KDC servers, etc.
4. Basic understanding of SQL
5. Experience working with technologies like S3, Kubernetes experience preferred.
6. Databricks/Hadoop/Kafka experience preferred but not required

RF Engineer Job Responsibilities:

• Ensuring RF test equipment is calibrated to industry standards.
• Testing the performance of existing wireless products.
• Analysing RF broadcasting product and suggesting improvements.
• Troubleshooting RF tuning / antenna circuit issues.
• RF antenna design (PCB Antenna Design).
• Conducting laboratory tests on RF products.
• Ensuring regulatory standards are met.

RF Engineer Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics engineering or a similar field.
• At least 5 years of experience as an RF engineer in the RF industry.
• Advanced knowledge of LTE and RF (Bluetooth/Wireless) networks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of RF hardware systems and testing equipment.
