About the Role:

We are seeking an expert in SAP GRC Access Control & IAG. The candidate will be responsible for integrating SAP GRC with cloud-based applications, as well as managing role import/export and ensuring effective risk analysis.

Responsibilities:

1. Hands-on experience in integrating SAP GRC with both cloud-based and non-SAP systems using IAG Bridge.
2. Lead and implement SAP IAG Bridge from a security perspective.
3. Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of IAG – GRC Bridge connectivity issues.
4. Manage provisioning workflows for cloud applications and on-premise systems.
5. Configure IPS Properties for Source, Target, and Proxy systems.

Key Skills:

Good knowledge of IAM related protocols such as SCIM, SAML, OAuth, and Kerberos.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Engineering with over 8 years of hands-on implementation of Core SAP GRC and IAG, BTP Modules.
2. Experience as a Senior Consultant on large SAP implementations.

IT Recruitment-

• End-to-End IT Hiring – Source, screen, and hire top tech talent (Developers, DevOps, AI/ML Engineers, Cloud Architects).
• Talent Sourcing – Use platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, CutShort, Instahyre, and GitHub to find and engage candidates.
• Technical Screening – Collaborate with hiring managers to assess technical skills.
• Offer Negotiation & Onboarding – Close candidates efficiently and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Pipeline Building – Maintain a strong talent pool for niche and future hiring needs.

HR Operations & Employee Management-

• Attendance & Leave Management – Maintain employee attendance records and leave tracking.
• Payroll Processing – Ensure timely payroll execution and compliance with tax & labor laws.
• HR Policies & Compliance – Implement and update HR policies in line with industry standards.
• Employee Engagement – Organize training sessions, feedback mechanisms, and engagement activities.

Must-Have Skills:

Experience and Qualification

• 2-5 Years of experience with Drools/Kofax Workflow.

PPC Specialist:

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform daily account management on Google Ads, FB ads, Taboola or other search platforms for a variety of projects.

• Provide recommendations and execute strategies for Campaign Structuring, Targeting, Creatives, and other facets of paid search in accordance with goals for Google channels

• Generate weekly and monthly client reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives.

• Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance client goals.

• Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results.

• Work with leadership to explain and modify strategic plans

• Understand and stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape and internal product development efforts

Skills:

• Should be a tech graduate/MBA with experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Paid Search (PPC)

Preferably someone with 3-7 years of PPC/ SEM experience
