What are we looking for:

As the Head of Marketing at Qiro, you will lead the development and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the marketing direction of a dynamic fintech organization.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative
• Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies
• Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
• Define and own growth KPIs. Intimately understand levers for KPIs, create plans, and own meeting KPIs
• Play a role in the development of the company's roadmap and co-own the roadmap
• Own and strategize our content-publishing plan to create a unique, powerful, and consistent brand voice that helps us achieve our goals

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in strategizing, planning and executing a wide variety of marketing & growth initiatives for a technical audience
• 1+ year of experience in web3 and blockchain marketing space
• 1+ year of experience leading and building marketing teams from scratch
• 1+ year of PR experience, working with media channels for releases and announcements to get global outreach
• Should be able to exceptionally manage all digital/social channel i.e. YT, Twitter, Discord, LinkedIn etc. that is necessary to make us grow
• Strong problem-solving, acting autonomously and taking ownership of the team

We are seeking a dynamic 1+ years of experience Social Media Executive to join our team. As a Social Media Executive, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing social media strategies to drive engagement, brand awareness, and growth across various platforms.

We are looking for candidates with experience in App Store Optimisation/Play store optimisation and SEO. This is to promote organic installs of mobile applications through Keyword Research, KPI tracking, Running experiments on Playstore. Ability to design graphics will be a plus. Ability to run facebook/google ads will be a plus.

We are currently looking for a Senior SEO and PPC Marketing Expert who will work with a team of developers, Product Owner, and Managers. You shall be responsible for conceiving and conducting the user research to translate them into actionable best SEO practices, activities and paid campaigns. You will also design the overall accessibility and 'findability' of the mobile application and web-platform, as well as other associated websites.  

• Gather the user requirements in collaboration with the Product Owner and Manager.
• Prepare and present the rough drafts to internal teams.
• Assist in translating best practices that lead to targeted organic user experiences.
• Helping to facilitate the product owners' product visions by researching, conceiving and implementing best SEO + PPC practices to achieve the targest.
• Help identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
• Work with the team to create a strategic design and SEO decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
• Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of designers, product managers, and leads on all phases of the product development life cycle
• Incorporate best practices for accessibility, usability, web performance, and design into our products and ultimately champion more consistent and delightful user experience.
• Work with front-end developers and designers in all aspects of UX development.
• Perform research, evaluations, and validations of moderate complexity.
• Provide solutions using appropriate research methodology, tools, and protocols considering a user-centered approach.
• Perform usability/heuristic evaluations and validations across the product or solution life-cycle.

            Minimum Eligibility:

• Minimum 3 -4 years of experience in SEO and PPC
• Ability to effective communications and collaboration with other designers and product owners/managers to ensure the best possible ways of UX experience.
• Creative and Artistic nature.
• Knowledge of PPC and automation platforms would be ideal
• Experience in taking input from multiple sources and synthesizing it into coherent design ideas.
