We are looking for a "Business Development Associate" who will play a key role in driving revenue and growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about education, has a flair for communication, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environ

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for development of new highly-responsive, web-based user interface
• Work and collaborate in a scrum structure
• Develop components and libraries that are reusable and future-proof
• Develop a flexible and well-structured APIs to support the system

Required Skills:

• Excellent understanding of Javascript including the OOP concept and how DOM work
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
• Prior experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
• Prior experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with HTML / CSS
• GIT experience
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Should be comfortable working in our Bangalore office from Day 1.
• Should possess good communication skills.

Skills required:

1. PHP 7.x, MySQL 5.x

• Technical project managers are tasked with managing projects with top-down oversight from inception to completion
• They must also develop project plans that meet client needs
• Decent Communication Skills and quick in understanding the tasks
• Coordinate with technical team members at all stages of the project

General Accountabilities/Job Responsibilities

• Participation in the requirements analysis, design, development and testing of applications.
• The candidate is expected to write code himself/herself.
• The candidate is expected to write high level code, code review, unit testing and deployment.
• Practical application of design principles with a focus on the user experience, usability, template
• designs, cross browser issues and client server concepts.
• Contributes to the development of project estimates, scheduling, and deliverables.
• Works closely with QA team to determine testing requirements to ensure full coverage and best
• quality of product.

Job Specifications

• BE/B. Tech. Computer Science or MCA from a reputed University.
• 3 -12 Years of experience in software development, with emphasis on JAVA/J2EE Server side programming.
• Hands on experience in Core Java, Multithreading, RMI, Socket programing,
• JDBC, NIO, webservices and Design patterns.
• Should have Knowledge of distributed system, distributed caching, messaging frameworks,
• ESB etc.
• Knowledge of Linux operating system and PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB/Cassandra database is essential.
• Additionally, knowledge of HBase, Hadoop and Hive are desirable.
• Familiarity with message queue systems and AMQP and Kafka is desirable.
• Should have experience as a participant in Agile methodologies.
