Role Overview

You will play a crucial role in performance tuning of the product, focusing on response time, load, and scalability. The role demands hands-on expertise in performance testing tools and strong troubleshooting skills to collaborate effectively with development and architecture teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or RPT.
• Conduct multi-user scenario scripting and load/stress testing.
• Analyze performance test results and provide bottleneck analysis and recommendations.
• Collaborate with developers and architects to optimize performance across response time, scalability, and throughput.
• Monitor system health during performance testing and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Document test strategy, results, and provide actionable insights to improve product performance.
• Contribute to performance tuning and capacity planning for cloud-based applications (added advantage).

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–8 years of overall engineering product testing experience.
• At least 2 years in automation testing.
• At least 2 years in performance test analysis.
• Hands-on expertise in JMeter, RPT, or LoadRunner (mandatory).
• Strong background in performance engineering with the ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues.
• Experience in cloud-based applications (preferred).
• Knowledge of C++ coding will be an added advantage.
• Excellent skills in performance monitoring, profiling, and analysis.
• Strong communication skills for technical discussions with development and architecture teams.

We’re looking for a passionate Data & Automation Engineer to join our team and assist in managing and processing large volumes of structured and unstructured data. You'll work closely with our engineering and product teams to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data, automate data workflows, and format data for different use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write efficient scripts using Python and Node.js to process and manipulate data
• Scrape and extract data from public and private sources (APIs, websites, files)
• Format and clean raw datasets for consistency and usability
• Upload data to various databases, including MongoDB and other storage solutions
• Create and maintain data pipelines and automation scripts
• Document processes, scripts, and schema changes clearly
• Collaborate with backend and product teams to support data-related needs

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Python (especially for data manipulation using libraries like pandas, requests, etc.)
• Experience with Node.js for backend tasks or scripting
• Familiarity with MongoDB and understanding of NoSQL databases
• Basic knowledge of web scraping tools (e.g., BeautifulSoup, Puppeteer, or Cheerio)

Good to Have:

What you'll do:

• Partner closely with Product Design, Engineering, and Product Management to understand requirements and deliver product features and roadmap as envisioned by stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end user journey and all aspects of design execution from ideation, to prototyping, to user acceptance testing of product design tasks assigned.
• Conduct user interviews, user testing sessions, card sorting, affinity mapping, conduct both qualitative and quantitative tests, and analyze the data.
• Design high-impact, functional responsive interfaces for web and mobile
• Collaborate with other designers and participate in our design critique process, to receive and provide feedback on design work
• Manage and contribute to Kaizen - Beaconstac's Design System

Skills you bring to the table:

• Experience in designing SaaS products with large customer bases
• Deep expertise using Figma/Xd/Sketch, and familiarity with design systems
• Knowledge of Carbon - IBM's Design system or experience building a design system from scratch is a plus.
• Fundamental understanding of the end-to-end iterative UX design process — research, ideation, information architecture, prototyping, validation, and refining solutions into pixel-perfect deliverables.
• Ability to articulate design decisions throughout the user-centered design process.
• Ability to update and engage with stakeholders like product managers and engineers.
• Relevant fundamental knowledge of front-end technologies to collaborate with UI engineering teams will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Create and communicate end to end user interface design specs, including high priority and high visibility complex interaction and dialog flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes

Requirements:

• Bachelors/Masters in Design, HCI, Cognitive Psychology, or any other related field

• 4+ years of experience as an experience designer for web/mobile or voice applications

• Hands on experience with XD, Illustrator, Photoshop (or equivalent programs)

• Deep knowledge of UX design, user research, visual design, and Service design

• Experience working cross-team while taking feedback from product management, engineering, business and marketing

• Excellent problem solving skills along with deep empathy for users

• Good experience in designing mobile interfaces and responsive desktop sites

• Excellent written and communication skills

• Fluency in English and Hindi. Added bonus if you know other Indian languages

Preferred Skills:
