Job Responsibilities:

• Website Development: Design, develop, and deploy responsive and user-friendly websites using modern web technologies, ensuring compatibility across multiple browsers and devices.

• Front-end Development: Implement intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks, ensuring seamless navigation and optimal performance.

• Back-end Development: Develop server-side logic and databases using programming languages such as PHP, Python, or Ruby, and frameworks like Django or Laravel, to enable dynamic functionality and data integration.

• Content Management System (CMS): Customize and integrate CMS platforms, such as WordPress or Drupal, to enable efficient content creation, publishing, and management.

• Web Application Development: Build interactive web applications, including e-commerce platforms, online portals, and custom web-based tools, incorporating secure and scalable coding practices.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with designers, UX/UI specialists, and other stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of design elements and user-experience requirements into the development process.

• Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and optimization of websites and web applications to ensure smooth functionality, responsiveness, and performance.

• Website Maintenance and Updates: Perform regular updates, maintenance, and security enhancements for existing websites, ensuring they remain up to date with the latest web standards and technologies.

• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including project specifications, code documentation, and version control, to facilitate efficient collaboration and future maintenance. Requirements:

• Web Development Skills: Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies. Knowledge of back-end programming languages and frameworks is a plus.

• Frameworks and Libraries: Experience with popular front-end frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, Vue.js, or Bootstrap, and familiarity with back-end frameworks like Node.js, Django, or Laravel.

• Database Management: Proficiency in working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) to design, develop, and optimize database schemas and queries.

• Web Standards and Optimization: Familiarity with web standards, SEO best practices, and website optimization techniques to ensure fast loading times and optimal performance.

• Problem-solving skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and debug complex web development issues.

• Collaboration and Communication: Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and translate requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Developing new user-facing features using ReactJS.
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Translating designs and wire-frames into high quality code
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
• Meeting with the development team to discuss user interface ideas and applications.
• Reviewing application requirements and interface designs.
• Identifying web-based user interactions.
• Developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components using react concepts.
• Writing application interface codes using JavaScript following ReactJS workflows.
• Troubleshooting interface software and debugging application codes.
• Developing and implementing front-end architecture to support user interface concepts.
• Monitoring and improving front-end performance.

About the role:
We are seeking a Sr. Frontend Developer who has a knack for coming up with creative solutions to unique problems, planning development cycles and writing technical documentation while leading a team of developers. You can get in where needed to write clean, reusable, and performant code, with creative sensibilities to push projects towards perfection. You should have good time management skills and be able to work both autonomously and collaboratively with a cross-discipline team of product managers, strategists, UX designers, art directors, and developers. Most importantly, you have an eye for detail and the ability to make beautiful designs come to life through code.

● Knowledge of performance testing frameworks including Mocha and Jest
● Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software
● Strong understanding of server-side scripting and Javascript frameworks, including jQuery
● Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills and client handling skills
● Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques
● Experience with coaching and mentoring junior web developers
● Experience in working with a variety of external frameworks and libraries
● Proven experience integrating with, along with a deep understanding of, service-based Web APIs including REST and/or GraphQL
● Good knowledge of User Interface patterns and techniques to solve common UI problems

Nice to have:
● Familiarity and experience using a variety of architectural design patterns
● Personal projects or contributions to the open source community
● Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
