SDE 3 - Frontend

We are seeking a skilled React.js Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using React.js. You will work with a team of developers to create interactive web interfaces, ensure high performance and scalability of our applications, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using React.js
• Write high-quality, reusable code for UI components
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to implement new features and improvements
• Ensure the performance, scalability, and maintainability of web applications
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
• Identify and troubleshoot issues with web applications
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

• Strong experience with React.js and its core principles
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and its core concepts
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Redux)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of modern web development tools and frameworks (such as Webpack, Babel, etc.)
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and web standards
• Ability to write efficient, scalable, and maintainable code
• Experience with version control systems such as Git
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and collaboration skills

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• At least 3 years of professional experience as a React.js Developer or similar role

Experience with deploying applications on cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS

• Experience in using REST APIs with the front end

• Experience in handling webMap applications using leading webMap Javascript APIs like ReactJS Leaflet, Google Maps Javascript API and Geoserver management

• Experience with the Agile/Scrum development model

• Strong experience in code versioning using Git.

• Strong design, development, and implementation experience.

• Very good experience in React JS, React Leaflet and Redux

Key Responsibilities:

• Development of a Single Page Application (SPA) and it's components in Typescript: deployed and optimized for progressive mobile and browsers using Angular 2 and Ionic 2 frameworks.
• Creating custom, general use modules and smart components which extend the elements and modules of core Angular framework.
• Creating self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components in Typescript and using responsive HTML and CSS.
• Architecting and automating the build process for production, using task runners or scripts.
• Writing non-blocking code, and resorting to advanced techniques such as multi-threading, when needed

Skills and Qualifications:

• Should have experience with CSS 3, SCSS, Java script and HTML5.
• Full-time knowledge of Angular practices and commonly used modules based on extensive work experience. Or 2 Year or more experience with other industry-leading frameworks like React.
• Minimum 1-year experience in working and extending one of the CSS or UI frameworks like Ng-lightening, Angular-material

• You're proficient in React.JS and strong frontend javascript foundation 
• Knowing Web3.js integration is a definite plus but not a requirement
• You have a passion for writing code as well as understanding and crafting the ways systems interact
• You have experience deploying to and implementing solutions in AWS
• You believe in the benefits of agile processes and shipping code often
• You are pragmatic and work to coalesce requirements into reasonable solutions that provide value

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced JavaScript developer who is proficient with React.js. The primary focus of the selected candidate would be on developing user interface components implementing and executing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). Also ensuring that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to manage. A commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality products are important.

• Prior experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
• Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with HTML / CSS
• GIT experience is a plus
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Frontend Development
