Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will support design development, documentation, vendor coordination, budgeting, and FF&E selection for residential and commercial projects. The role requires strong design sense, technical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design Development

• Develop design concepts aligned with client needs and project goals.
• Create interior design schemes including space planning, color palettes, materials, and finishes.

Drawings & Documentation

• Prepare detailed drawings, plans, elevations, and presentations using industry-standard software.
• Collaborate with architects and design teams to integrate interior elements within project documentation.

Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers for material sourcing and procurement.
• Ensure all FF&E items meet project specifications and budget limits.

Shop Drawings & Specifications

• Review and approve shop drawings for accuracy and design intent.
• Prepare specifications for construction, installation, and finishing works.

Quotes & Budget Management

• Prepare cost estimates, quotes, and BOQs.
• Assist the project team in monitoring and managing project budgets.

FF&E Selection

• Lead the selection of furniture, fixtures, and equipment as per design concepts and client preferences.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and product innovations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in residential or commercial interior design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design capability.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and FF&E procurement.
• Ability to prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and specifications.

C++ coding and debugging to strengthen and optimize systems.

○ Design and architecture (HLD/LLD) to ensure scalable and robust solutions.

● 10–15 years in the tech industry, with 2–4 years in technical leadership or managerial roles.

● Technical Expertise: Expertise in C++ development, enterprise architecture, andscalable system design, and proficiency in performance optimization, scalability,software architecture, and networking principles.

Extensive experience managing the full development lifecycle of large-scale softwareproducts, from concept to deployment.

● Strong knowledge of STL containers, multi-threading concepts, and algorithms.

Solid understanding of memory management and efficient resource utilization.

● Microservices Architecture Expertise: Experience in designing and implementing

scalable, reliable microservices.

● Strong Communication & Decision-Making Skills: Ability to clearly articulate

trade-offs, make informed decisions, and ensure alignment across stakeholders.

● Commitment to Creating and fostering Engineering Excellence: Deep

understanding of best practices, including code quality, testability, security, and

Data Scientist-

We are looking for an experienced Data Scientists to join our engineering team and

help us enhance our mobile application with data. In this role, we're looking for

people who are passionate about developing ML/AI in various domains that solves

problems.

As one of the earliest members in engineering, you will have the flexibility to design

the models and architecture from ground up. As any early-stage start-up, we expect

Responsibilities

Researches, develops and maintains machine learning and statistical models for

business requirements

Work across the spectrum of statistical modelling including supervised,

unsupervised, & deep learning techniques to apply the right level of solution to

the right problem Coordinate with different functional teams to monitor outcomes and refine/

improve the machine learning models Implements models to uncover patterns and predictions creating business value and innovation

Identify unexplored data opportunities for the business to unlock and maximize

the potential of digital data within the organization

Develop NLP concepts and algorithms to classify and summarize structured/unstructured text data

Qualifications

3+ years of experience solving complex business problems using machine

learning.

Fluency in programming languages such as Python, NLP and Bert, is a must

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Experience in building production quality models using state-of-the-art technologies 

Familiarity with databases like MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, NoSQL, etc. is

desirable Ability to collaborate on projects and work independently when required.

Previous experience in Fintech/payments domain is a bonus

You should have Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics

or Mathematics or another quantitative field from a top tier Institute

1. A competent user of all internal systems, to include our employee records system (HRMS- SPINE)
2. Updating and maintaining HR systems, records, and reports with accurate employee data.
3. Undertake all required pre-employment checks, updating, and discussing with line manager and recruitment team as appropriate.
4. Providing MIS & monthly employee payroll data in support of the payroll subject matter expert.
5. Processing changes to employee's circumstances, including preparing accurate and effective documentation/communication and updating relevant databases.
6. Processing leavers, including preparing accurate, relevant documentation and updating systems accordingly.
7. Producing Information reports and complete any HR audit requirements and/or reporting as required.
8. Ensuring that the end-to-end HR process always supports a positive employee experience.
9. Following existing HR processes accurately and challenging these for ongoing efficiencies.
10. Supporting HR priority projects with any administrative activity
11. Responding to emails on behalf of the department
12. Providing ad-hoc administrative support to any of the other HR functions, as necessary and in line with business requirements.

Key Performance Areas:

• Understanding and staying informed of the changes with procedures, billing guidelines, and laws for specific
• insurance carries or payers.
• Supervising teams of charge entry and collections personnel.
• Claims submission and tracking.
• Payment posting.
• Actively follow up and collect on all electronic claims, including resolution of any billing errors assigned
• following established procedures.
• Respond to correspondence from insurance carriers.
• Responsible for handling customer service issues in a timely manner per provider request.
• Perform other duties as required.
• Post insurance and patient payments for physician and hospital services
• Payment Posting- apply cash, check, credit card, Explanation of Benefits, EOB, EFT, and lockbox payments
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Update patient accounts with billing data
• Provide patient customer service with updated data and billing information

Skills required:

• Typing speed- at least 40 wpm
• MS office skills- MS excel proficiency is preferred
• Eye for details- error-free work
• Fair skills of English language knowledge and understanding
• Domain knowledge on medical billing- payment processing is preferred but not mandatory

Educational Qualification & Work Experience

• Graduation in any stream
• Additional certification in typing, a medical prescription will be preferred
• Minimum 3 years experience in payment posting
