Customer Sales Advisor (Night Shift – US Process)

We are looking for a Customer Sales Advisor to connect with US-based retail and restaurant owners, promote our SaaS solutions, online ordering applications, and POS systems, and drive merchant onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to prospective merchants and generate qualified leads.
• Understand business needs and recommend suitable software solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and follow up with prospects.
• Build relationships and assist merchants through the onboarding process.
• Achieve sales and onboarding targets while maintaining CRM records.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Comfortable working night shifts (US business hours).
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or POS solutions is a plus.

Senior Backend Developer /Backend Developer

Hiring for the position of Backend Developer responsible for managing back-end services and the interchange of data between the server and the users.

Your primary focus will be the development of all server side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.

Role

●        Create and consume restful APIs

●        Design, develop, and maintain internal and external applications

●        Build efficient, testable, and reusable modules

●        Write high quality, structured application/interface code and documentation

●        Identify solutions through research and collaboration that resolves the root of problems as they arise

Requirement

∙ Proficient in Node.JS

∙ 2+ years’ experience designing, querying, and updating databases in MySQL/nosql

Education: Min. Graduate in related discipline

Work experience: 2 years relevant experience

Backend Architect:

Technology: node js, DynamoDB / Mongo DB

Roles:

• Design & implement Backend Services.
• Able to redesign the architecture.
• Designing & implementation of application in MVC & Microservice.
• 9+ years of experience developing service-based applications using Node.js.
• Expert-level skills in developing web applications using JavaScript, CSS and HTML5.
• Experience working on teams that practice BDD (Business Driven Development).
• Understanding of micro-service architecture and RESTful API integration patterns.
• Experience using Node.js for automation and leveraging NPM for package management
