Job Role: Brand Strategist - Brand Consultancy Team

Experience Level: 3+ Years

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka (On-site)

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Define, plan, and execute brand research - primary and secondary.

● Plan & Conduct primary research by way of interviews, site visits, focus groups, etc.

● Plan & Conduct secondary research by way of brand audits and SWOT analyses to assess

strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.

● Develop brand positioning statements and value propositions that differentiate the company in the marketplace.

● Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling visual assets, marketing collateral, and brand campaigns.

● Present brand strategies, recommendations, and campaigns

● Stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative brand strategies and tactics.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

● Demonstrable experience as a Brand Strategist, Brand Manager, or similar role with a minimum of 3-4 years in brand development and management.

● Experience in developing and launching successful brand campaigns.

● Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data, consumer insights, and market research findings.

● Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a strong understanding of brand identity and positioning.

● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.

● Strong leadership and management skills.

● Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

● Proficiency in branding tools and software, as well as Google Workspace and project management tools.

Objectives of this role:

● Developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company’s objectives and target audience preferences.

● Conducting branding focused market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive insights, including conducting primary research to understand consumer behaviours that inform brand positioning.

● Defining brand elements, including brand architecture, messaging, value proposition, positioning, tagline, voice, and tone, to ensure consistency across all channels.

● Aiding design & content teams in properly understanding and implementing finalised strategies

● Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, PR, and web to integrate brand strategies into ongoing initiatives.

● Project ownership, coordination, and client management on key accounts.

 Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Reception Management

• Greet visitors with a warm welcome and ensure a smooth check-in process
• Answer, screen, and route incoming calls professionally
• Respond to walk-in and email inquiries
• Manage couriers, parcels, and dispatch
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment
• Ensure visitor access control and security compliance
• Maintain logs, reports, and front desk records
• Handling lost & found items

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Manual Tester / Test Engineer with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of testing methodologies and be able to ensure the quality and performance of our software applications. Exposure to Python full-stack applications will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, and execute manual test cases to validate product functionality.

· Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve bugs and performance issues.

· Analyze test results and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.

· Perform regression, integration, system, and UAT testing.

· Ensure the overall quality of the product by identifying gaps and improvement areas.

· Document test processes, test plans, and test case results.

· Knowledge of Python FullStack Application.

· Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure seamless project delivery.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

· 2-4 years of experience in manual software testing.

· Strong knowledge of software testing life cycle (STLC) and defect life cycle.

· Proficient in writing clear and concise test cases, test plans, and bug reports.

· Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.).

· Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

· Basic knowledge of Python and full-stack applications is an advantage.

· Excellent communication and analytical skills.

· Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

· Preferred Skills:

· Some exposure to Python full-stack applications (Django, Flask, etc.).

Responsibilities

Inventory & Stock Management

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records for:

• Fabrics (raw materials)

• Readymade sarees

• Artwork products

• Bulk stock

• Returns and exchanges

• Track fabric consumption against confirmed orders and production plans

• Record and monitor all stock movements, including inward, outward, damaged, returned, and

exchanged items

• Ensure minimum stock levels are maintained and proactively raise replenishment alerts

• Coordinate with the Supply Chain team to ensure timely availability of fabrics and materials

Dispatch & Order Coordination

• Coordinate closely with the Dispatch team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

• Act as the primary point of coordination between Dispatch and Customer Care teams

• Share real-time updates on dispatch status, shipment tracking, and delivery timelines

• Support resolution of dispatch-related issues, including delays, RTOs, returns, and exchanges

• Ensure all customer-facing information related to orders and inventory is accurate and consistent

Customer Support & Issue Resolution

• Assist the Customer Care team with order status inquiries and dispatch-related concerns

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints related to inventory or dispatch

• Ensure smooth closure of customer issues with proper documentation and follow

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java and Kotlin

- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code

- Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle

- Work with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and DevOps

- Conduct unit testing and assist in code reviews

- Troubleshoot and debug applications

- Ensure application performance, security, and scalability

Required Skills :

- Strong programming experience in Java (Core/Advanced)

- Experience in Kotlin

- Solid understanding of OOP concepts, design patterns, and data structures

- Experience with frameworks such as Spring Boot, Ktor, or Android SDK

- Proficient in building and consuming RESTful APIs

- Familiarity with Git, JIRA, and CI/CD tools

- Basic knowledge of unit testing frameworks like JUnit or Mockito

Responsibilities include:

• You will design and build web applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Do Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
• Participate in all phases of development, from design to implementation, unit testing, and release.
• In close collaboration with project teams, you will have the chance to redefine the development process for modern web-based applications.
• You will work highly customer-focused and be given the time to learn and experiment with the latest frontend technologies

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 3 - 8 years of experience
• Experience in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with the latest frontend technologies (e.g. ECMAScript, Webpack, ESLint, Service workers, etc.)
• In-depth knowledge of at least one JavaScript framework (e.g. React, Vue, Angular, etc.)
• Experience or Knowledge of web application optimizations.

5. Unit testing of your code with Travis CLI
6. Hands on experience with MySQL and PostgresSQL
7. Rock solid understanding of Blade template engine
8. Collaborative development with BitBucket or GIT and handling of code merge conflicts
9. Documenting backend code and APIs using Swagger
10. Expert Knowledge of code deployment on AWS is a must
11. Knowledge of NoSQL will be an added advantage
12. Expert in Linux,  and understanding of Ubuntu OS
