Requirements:

·        1 - 3 Years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment

·        Qualification: MBA-HR or Graduation.

·        Proven experience with Naukri portal and other job portals

·        Strong sourcing, screening, and shortlisting skills

·        Good Communication & Presentations skills

Must Have Experience:

 Min 5 years of strong experience in Java/J2EE technologies

 Core Java, Spring / Spring Boot / React / Hybrid / Mobile

 Hibernate / JPA / JDBC

Responsibilities:

● Making conversation with the prospective SME business owners and moving them to a

product demonstration

● Develop and maintain effective relationships with all key stakeholders of the company.

● Collaborate with all internal and external teams and perform troubleshooting on all client

issues and ensure timely resolution.

● Close sales with qualified leads to generate new business and ensure the client’s needs

are met

● Encourage potential clients to buy premium products and close the best possible deal

● Build customer relationships with existing clients by reaching out via phone calls, emails,

or other forms of communication to increase the likelihood of them using our services

again

● Track sales cycle progress on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure customer

acquisition goals are met

● Showcase the company’s strengths and highlight our brand by talking exclusively about

the characteristics that make our organization unique.

What do I need?

● MBA graduates preferred

● 2+ years of relevant experience as a business development executive

● Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills

● Tech-savvy with the ability to make complex technical matters easy- to understand even

for non-technical people

● Excellent phone and cold calling skills.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills

● Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

● Experience of working in a fast-growing unstructured startup environment

● In-depth experience of market research in SME SaaS-tech or SMB segments is

preferred

We are looking for self-motivated backend developers for full-time positions with good skills in NodeJS and Azure.

Selected developer's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1) Write lambda functions and fix bugs - NodeJS on Azure platform

2) Good skills in NodeJS required and good working knowledge in Azure Serverless stack required

3) Preferable to have Azure certifications (Associate or Professional levels)

Salary: INR 2.4L Per Annum (INR 20k per month)
