Description:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Backend Developer with strong hands-on experience in .NET 8, Entity Framework, and AWS services to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building scalable APIs, working with microservices architecture, and deploying infrastructure using Terraform.

You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance backend systems for cloud-native applications.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable APIs using .NET 8 and Entity Framework.

* Optimize data access and caching strategies using Redis Cache.

* Work with MySQL for efficient data storage and retrieval.

* Integrate and manage AWS services including:

 RDS for database hosting

 SQS and SNS for messaging and notifications

 ECS for containerized application deployments

 Secrets Manager and KMS for secrets and key management

* Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and SOLID principles.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams in code reviews, architectural discussions, and deployment planning.

* Use GitLab for version control and CI/CD pipelines.

* Provision and manage infrastructure using Terraform.

* Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance application performance and reliability.

Required Skills & Experience:

* Strong proficiency in .NET 8 and C#.

* Experience with Entity Framework Core.

* Proficient in building and consuming RESTful APIs.

* Hands-on experience with Redis for caching.

* Solid experience with MySQL or other relational databases.

* Practical knowledge of AWS services, especially:

 RDS, SQS, SNS, ECS, Secrets Manager, KMS

* Experience with GitLab for source control and DevOps pipelines.

* Familiarity with Terraform for infrastructure as code.

* Good understanding of microservices, containerization, and scalable architecture.

* Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Nice to Have:

* Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

* Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g. CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana).

* Exposure to CI/CD best practices.

·        Development and formulation of water-based interior and exterior waterproof decorative paints, ensuring performance, aesthetics, and regulatory compliance.

·        Testing of paint formulations to ensure they meet company quality standards and performance criteria.

·        Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth scale-up of formulations from laboratories to commercial production.

● Redefine Fintech architecture standards by building easy-to-use, highly scalable,robust, and flexible APIs

● Partner with internal stakeholders, to identify potential features implementation on that could cater to our growing business needs

● Drive the team towards writing high-quality codes, tackle abstracts/flaws in system design to attain revved-up API performance, high code reusability and readability.

● Think through the complex Fintech infrastructure and propose an easy-to-deploy modular infrastructure that could adapt and adjust to the specific requirements of the growing client base

● Design and create for scale, optimized memory usage and high throughput performance.​

Skills Required:

● 5+ years of experience in the development of complex distributed systems

● Prior experience in building sustainable, reliable and secure microservice-based scalable architecture using Python Programming Language

● In-depth understanding of Python associated libraries and frameworks

● Strong involvement in managing and maintaining produc Ɵ on-level code with high volume API hits and low-latency APIs

● Strong knowledge of Data Structure, Algorithms, Design Patterns, Multi threading concepts, etc

• Experience in MySQL, Mongo dB (or other NOSQL db’s), REST, Web Sockets, JavaScript, Ajax

• Experience with GO a plus

• Experience with one of JavaScript Frameworks (React, Angular, Vue etc.)

• Experience in Rest API development using Spring MVC or Spring Boot

• Able to define, design, implement complex, and scalable systems

• Experience with agile development methodologies with Test Driven Development (TDD)

• You have experience of 2-4 years in building high-performance consumer-facing mobile applications at Product companies of a decent scale.
