Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in Java Spring Boot and Angular to lead the development of enterprise-grade applications for a large-scale Banking/Financial Services project. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on technical leadership with strong architecture, design, and stakeholder management capabilities while driving the delivery of high-performance, secure, and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 8–10 developers across front-end and back-end technologies.

Technical Skills Required

• Strong experience in Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs.
• Hands-on expertise in Angular 8+, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience with Hibernate/JPA and relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Good understanding of distributed systems, API design, and secure application development.
• Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to cloud technologies, preferably AWS.
• Knowledge of messaging technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ is advantageous.

We are looking for a skilled Fullstack Developer with at least 10 years of experience building and maintaining responsive, scalable web applications. You will work across a full technology stack, from crafting intuitive React.js user interfaces to designing and implementing robust backend services with Node.js and PostgreSQL. Product Analyst (Process Excellence Team, Episource)

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables 

• Ensure timely release of features and bugs.
