About the role

We want to keep our customers for life. To do that, customer success is probably going to be our most important function and we want to treat it like that. So far our customer success function has been founder-led, we have a track record of 200+ 5-star reviews (which we openly brag about (https://apps.shopify.com/bitespeed-fb-messenger-chatbot) and the envious net negative churn (to the extent where some of our customers pay 5-10X of what they started with).

We're now at a point where we’ve scaled 10X in the past year and to do that again next year we want to double down on our existing customers. This role involves owning customer retention and making them true fans of BiteSpeed while also listening to customer feedback to form a pipe of customer insights for our product team.

What you’ll do

• Your core job is to own our customer relationships, make them successful and fans of BiteSpeed.
• Tracking product adoption for our enterprise customers, ensuring they are getting maximum value leading to upsells and expansion revenue.
• Becoming a trusted product advisor for our customers, helping them with all the tricks of the trade to get maximum value from BiteSpeed.
• Managing cross-sells for new products and renewals, owning expansion revenue at an account level.
• Building the playbook for our customer success function to scale for the next stage of growth.

What are the Key Responsibilities:

• Meeting with the development team to discuss user interface ideas and applications.
• Reviewing application requirements and interface designs.
• Identifying web-based user interactions.
• Developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components using react concepts.
• Writing application interface codes using JavaScript following react.js workflows.
• Troubleshooting interface software and debugging application codes.
• Developing and implementing front-end architecture to support user interface concepts.
• Monitoring and improving front-end performance.
• Documenting application changes and developing updates.

What are we looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field.
• Previous experience working as a react.js developer.
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages.
• Knowledge of REACT tools including React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux.
• Experience with user interface design.
• Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills

• Responsibilities:  
• Determines technical feasibility of features or solutions by evaluating problem, customer requirements, possible solutions and technology requirements.  
• Exercises judgement in prioritizing tasks and selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.  
• Create low-level design of modules of a software application through proper documentation and diagrams.  
• Develops software solutions by studying requirements, clarifying customer/user needs, analysing data and processes and following established software development practices and processes.  
• Develops proof of concepts for technical evaluation and early customer feedback  
• Updates and shares knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing technology; reading professional publications  
• Networks with internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.  

• Good command in JavaScript/TypeScript. Knowledge of Java/Python will be a plus.  
• Experience in Debugging/troubleshooting TypeScript code.  
• Experience in API development (REST/GraphQL etc)  
• Experience in development of Web and Mobile(android/iOS) applications  
• Exposure of Parallel and Asynchronous programming  
• Experience in writing Unit tests (Jest or any similar framework)  
• Should be proficient in relational Database concepts (Postgres etc.)  
• Knowledge of Non-relational Databases would be a plus.  
• Good Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming Concepts.  
• Good Understanding of Design Patterns.  
• Good command of Data structures, Algorithms and Complexity.  
• Good at problem solving and analytical skills.

Communicate with SEO agency to assign task to them and take reporting on weekly basis

Creating templates and send bulk emails through Mailchimp

Making posts for SMO and posting them

Maintaining different MIS for measuring the progress of digital marketing efforts

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

• Consult with the customers on their needs and curate company products to meet the requirements
• Responsible for the success of workshops, for both the client and facilitator
• Take care of workshop logistics for the client
• Help the client prep for the workshop, answer any questions they may have about the workshop be the face of the company, and ensure smooth delivery of the workshops
• Help facilitator with preparation and travel
• Serve as the primary point of contact when customer issues arise, troubleshooting, and ensuring quick resolution.
• Promote awareness of the company’s upcoming research and products

Basic Qualifications:

• 2 – 5 years of work experience managing senior customer relationships
• Should ensure customer retention, renewal, and growth
