Desirable Skills 

● Deep experience with multiple programming languages and frameworks (e.g., ● JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, Java, .NET, Python). 

● Strong knowledge of cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes). 

● Experience with data platforms, integration patterns, and API-first design (REST, GraphQL, gRPC).

● 7+ years of software development and architecture experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of engineers to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.

• Requirements & Technical Skills
• Bachelor's/Master’s/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields (B.Tech, M.Tech, B.CA, B.E./M.E).
• 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience as a software developer, ideally in a SaaS environment.
• Proven track record in developing scalable, distributed systems and services.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong programming experience in Spring & Hibernate with Kotlin, React, Nest.js, Python, and Shell scripting.
• Expertise in Unix-based systems, container technologies, and virtual machines.
• Knowledge of both relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DocumentDB). Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Experience working on both structured and unstructured data sources. Soft Skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Experience with building B2B and consumer quality products, enabling business capability and objectives through technology.
• Strong cloud infrastructure experience with AWS.
• Experience in engineering practices such as code refactoring, design patterns, design driven development, continuous integration, building highly scalable applications and application security.
• Experience working with a development team using Agile methodology.
• Experience in container technologies like Docker/Kubernetes a plus.
• Hands-on skills working with SQL and No-SQL databases
  Broad experience across the following application development technologies and in depth skills with at least one: NodeJS, React, GraphQL,Python, R, Java/C++ and/or other open source application development frameworks.

What Are We Looking For:

At least 3 years of professional experience in Fullstack development.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Robust experience in MERN Stack (MongoDB, ExpressJS, ReactJS, NodeJS). Expertise in ReactJS, Redux, HTML, CSS.
• Proficiency in Javascript (ES6) and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience in Socket Implementation.
• Solid understanding of GIT and its workflows.

Good to Have Skills (Optional)

• Familiarity with Material UI.
• Experience with HTML Canvas APIs (Ex: KonvaJS for canvas drawing).
• Basic understanding of AWS services (S3, Redis, Lambda, Messaging services, etc.). 

MERN Stack Developer will work closely with the cross-team to discover effective and elegant solutions to complex problems.
