Role Overview
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition professional who specializes ONLY in leadership hiring.
This role is not about job portals or volume hiring. This is about building networks, leveraging references, and hiring leaders who are not actively job hunting.

Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end leadership hiring (Managers, Team Leads, Heads, Key IC-to-Manager roles)

Responsibilities
- Source, qualify and match candidates to defined profiles and specific open requisitions.

Role-
As a talent acquisition specialist, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from role
definition to on-boarding for entry to leadership hiring across India. You will partner with the business and
leadership teams to design & execute recruiting strategies and effectively interface with social networks, third
