Role Objective
• The objective of the role is to provide independent assurance to management and audit committee on status of risks in various functions and recommendation for controls improvements, based on in – house audits as well as co – sourced audits.
Job Responsibilities
• Periodic review based on approved annual audit plan, on suitability of internal controls in place, and suggest alternatives.
• Make recommendations on the systems and procedures being reviewed, report on the findings and recommendations and monitor department’s response and implementation • Ensuring closure of audit issues identified in various audits

Description of the Role
- Own hitting our ad channel MQL volume and cost goals
- Work with our agency to manage and build an overall search and social ads marketing strategy
- Collaborate with our creative team to design ad creatives
- Write compelling on-brand ad copy that grabs attention, communicates key messages, and drives action
- Work with our agency to plan and execute A/B tests to evaluate different ad variations and optimize for better results
- Continuously optimize ad placements, targeting options, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance
- Utilize audience segmentation strategies to target specific demographics, interests, and behaviors effectively
- Ensure that all ads meet quality & brand standards
- Generate comprehensive reports on advertising performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Manage advertising budgets based on performance, market trends, and business objectives
- Conduct regular analysis of competitor advertising activities to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for differentiation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including revenue, brand awareness, and retention, to align advertising efforts with overall business goals
