JD: React Frontend Engineer (Web)

Role: React Engineer – Real-Time Web Applications

We are building data-intensive, real-time web applications. We need engineers who can handle dynamic data, performance constraints, and complex UI states at scale.

What You’ll Do

• Build scalable frontend systems using React
• Handle real-time data flows (WebSockets, streaming updates)
• Optimize rendering performance for high-frequency updates
• Build reusable component systems and state management
• Work closely with backend teams on API design
• Ensure observability (logging, error tracking, performance metrics)

Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience in React (hooks, state management)
• Experience with:
• Real-time data handling
• Large datasets / dynamic UI
• Performance optimization:
• Memoization, virtualization, rendering control
• Solid understanding of:
• Browser performance
• Network behavior

Good-to-Have

• Experience with dashboards / analytics tools
• Experience in streaming or content platforms
• Familiarity with WebRTC or RTC integrations
• Experience with SSR (Next.js)

Mandatory Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of HTML5, JavaScript ES6 and above.

• Expertise in styling with CSS3.

• In-depth experience with React or a similar front-end framework. Candidates with only hands-on experience will not be considered.

• The ability to design and create reusable UI components.

• Willingness to complete an online coding exercise as part of the interview process.

• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.

• Understanding of accessibility standards and experience implementing accessibility solutions.

• Experience with Git and version control practices.

• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Desirable Skills:

• Familiarity with Storybook.

• Knowledge of Sass/CSS in JS.

• Experience in developing a UI library with standalone components using React.

• Experience with modern front-end build tools such as Webpack and Babel.

• Knowledge of state management solutions – Context, Redux, Zustand.

• Understanding of server-side rendering and experience with related technologies such as Next.js.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

We are looking for a Frontend developer who is proficient with React.js with Html and CSS. The primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them, following well-known React.js workflows such as Redux. The developer would ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain.

Job Description

● Independently think of solutions to complex requirements; possess exceptional logical skills.

Key Skills Required:

● Strong hands-on experience in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, CSS3 Animations.

● Good understanding of advanced JS libraries and frameworks such as React.js and Angular.

● Understanding of client-side unidirectional data flow principles and Redux knowledge.

● A good understanding of - React Native - is a big plus.

● UI Performance: should have hands-on experience of optimizing page load, rendering,caching.

● NodeJS, Webpack knowledge is a plus.

● Proficient understanding of cross browser compatibility issues and ways to work around such issues.

● Fluent in responsive design and mobile / tablet UI / UX.

● Web mobile (touch devices: mobiles and tablets) experience is expected.

● Familiarity with JavaScript standards(ES5,ES6) and OOPS concepts.

We are hiring for mid-senior level frontend angular developers.

Requirement:

- Minimum 1-year experience in building web apps.

- Minimum 1-year experience with Angular.

- Extensive knowledge about Angular 7+

- Know about angular services, components, and directives and it's lifecycle.

- Proficient in logic building and playing with data structures.

- Flexible to learn and/or execute a project with other frameworks i.e. Vue or React.

- Writing flexible and reusable components

- Complete knowledge about Rest API's and integration

- Creating type-safe models for API calls.
