We are building a AI first employee referral product for SMBs that is going to change the way employee referrals are handled. We combine modern web technologies and cloud services to deliver a seamless experience both for the organizations and users .

• What You’ll DoBuild and maintain responsive, accessible UIs using React/Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and ShadCN UI
• Develop and scale backend services in Node.js, exposing clean REST or GraphQL APIs
• Integrate with Firebase and AWS for core functionality
• Collaborate with product and design to translate requirements into production-ready code
• Write clear, maintainable tests (unit, integration, end-to-end) and participate in code reviews
• Leverage AI-assisted tools like ChatGPT (and other productivity tools) to work effectively and solve problems faster
• What We’re Looking For1–2 years of professional full-stack development experience
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, with hands-on work in React and Next.js
• Comfortable styling with Tailwind CSS and building component systems (e.g. ShadCN UI)
• Solid experience in Node.js backend development and API design
• Familiarity with Firebase services and basic AWS SDK usage
• Good understanding of Git workflows and CI/CD practices
• Ability to pick up new tools and frameworks (“and much more”) as needed
• Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a bias for action
• Nice to HaveBasic experience with Docker or containerized deployments

About Us:

We’re looking to hire someone to help scale Machine Learning and NLP efforts at Episource. You’ll work with the team that develops the models powering Episource’s product focused on NLP driven medical coding. Some of the problems include improving our ICD code recommendations , clinical named entity recognition and information extraction from clinical notes.

This is a role for highly technical engineers who combine outstanding oral and written communication skills, and the ability to code up prototypes and productionalize using a large range of tools, frameworks, and languages. Most importantly they need to have the ability to autonomously plan and organize their work assignments based on high-level team goals.

What you will do at Episource:

You will be responsible for setting an agenda to develop and build machine learning platforms that positively impact the business, working with partners across the company including operations and engineering. You will be working closely with the machine learning team to design and implement back end components and services. You will be evaluating new technologies, enhancing the applications, and providing continuous improvements to produce high quality software.

Required Skills:

• Strong background in analytics, BI or data science deployments is preferable with 2-6 years of experience

• Knowledge of React/Vue, HTML, CSS

• Experience building and consuming APIs 

• Experience with MySQL, MongoDB and MEAN stack 

• Knowledge and experience with serverless architectures is a plus

• Hands-on experience with AWS or any major cloud service provider for deploying solutions

• Experience with Docker or Kubernetes in deploying solutions on the cloud

• Hands-on experience Python, Apache Spark & Big Data platforms to manipulate large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.

• Fluent in data fundamentals: SQL, data manipulation using a procedural language, statistics, experimentation, and modeling

.NET C# developer provides custom web application development using the .NET Framework, C#, http://VB.NET">VB.NET, http://ASP.NET">ASP.NET, SQL Server,Angular,AngularJS, Javascript, ADO.net and other advanced components of Microsoft technology and provide training to programmer analysts who support the web services manager' responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

 The tool development also involves working with SQL queries and web front end

Designing, developing, and testing web applications with .Net HTML, CSS and other technologies

Design and development of software applications (primarily web based) used in various areas of the bank (such as Loans processing, Treasury, Middle Office )

Manages the architecture, design, and coding of software for TFI from concept to finished product, in order to answer the needs of the Strategies, Sales, and Trading departments

Consults with end users within the Strategies, Sales, and Trading departments to identify where technology can automate current processes to enhance revenues and cut cost

Maintains currency in technical skills and all relevant fixed income industry sector factors

May lead the work of others and provide ideas which help to enhance TFI software applications

Software design & development principles such as SOLID, Domain-Driven-Design and Object-Oriented Development

ORM frameworks, particularly the Entity Framework

Managing source code with Git, including Gitlow Workflow

We are seeking a very talented remote/onsite Senior Software Engineer, proficient in front-end and backend development. We prefer to rapidly develop with frequent releases and aim to provide amazing experiences for our end users.

Responsibilities:

• * Work with cutting-edge front-end and back-end technologies in designing, building, and maintaining performance, responsiveness, and delightful experiences for our customers.
• * Write high-quality front-end & back-end code, complete with automated unit and integration tests, as well as participate in code reviews.
• * Partner with product, marketing, and customer success to develop a highly interactive web application that fosters innovation.
• * Collaborate with other Software Engineers to evaluate and recommend new technologies, and help to continuously modernize and mature our front-end implementations and best practices.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• * Minimum of 4 years' experience in fast-paced, nimble teams building software at scale
• * Possesses deep understanding of JavaScript beyond libraries or frameworks (i.e. Core JS, not just jQuery or Angular).
• * A proven ability to deliver an amazing user experience.
• * Have detailed knowledge of responsive CSS, the box model, semantic markup, and HTML5.
• * An appreciation for good design, and the desire to translate visual ideas into working, beautiful code.
• * Experience in building scalable solutions with a high level of code quality through automated tests and good architecture.
• * Ability to solve complex data problems and think of best ways to present these to users.
• * Strong team player with excellent communication skills and high degree of ownership and drive.
