Job Summary

We are looking for a React / React Native senior developer interested in building performant mobile apps on

both the iOS and Android platforms. Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and

implementing them following well-known React Native frameworks. You will ensure that these components

and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team

working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving,

sophisticated design, and a quality product are important.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms.

* Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the mobile applications * Good

understanding of Design and Architecture Patterns

* Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.

* Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle (Android Studio, IntelliJ).

* Experience in native Android / iOS app development is preferable.

    - 2+ years' experience in React-Native based app development

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields with 3+ years of experience

• 2+ years of native Android/iOS development

• Collaborate with the development team to design and develop high-quality iOS applications.
• Assist in the entire application lifecycle, including concept, design, build, deploy, test, and release.
• Write clean and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Contribute ideas and solutions to improve the overall quality and user experience of iOS applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and issues reported by users or internal stakeholders.

Our ideal candidate would be someone who has at least 2-4 years of hands-on knowledge of iOS app development. Experience in working with IOT devices and handling native connectivity functionality like bluetooth and Wifi is plus.

• Designing and building advanced applications for the Android platform
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design and ship new features
• Unit-testing code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
• Working on bug fixing and improving application performance
• Continuously discovering, evaluating and implementing new technologies to maximize development efficiency

What you need to have:

• 3 to 6 years Android app development experience
• Hands on experience in developing high performance mobile applications
• Strong knowledge of Java,Kotlin,Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
• Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
• Ability to design applications around natural user interfaces, such as touch
• Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications

• Own the delivery of multiple features of the product end to end while hands-on in development as well
• Advocate best development practices such as continuous integration/continuous delivery, automation (testing and infrastructure) and code modularity, extensibility, quality
