1. Core Responsibilities

Work closely with the design team to translate UI and UX requirements into high quality, functional interfaces.

Convert wireframes and mockups into fully interactive, iterative environments.

Build responsive, elegant, and accessible web interfaces using modern JavaScript practices.

Integrate frontend components with backend APIs and work collaboratively with backend engineers.

Ensure layouts are pixel perfect across devices, browsers, and screen sizes.

Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code while working with designers, strategists, and developers.

Contribute to shaping digital products, features, and enhancements.

2. Interaction and Motion

Use GSAP or similar tools to create smooth animations and micro-interactions.

Ensure motion enhances user experience without affecting performance.

Implement accessible interactions that feel natural and intuitive.

3. API and Integration Management

Integrate frontend systems with RESTful APIs and backend services.

Work with third party tools, plugins, and services as required.

Ensure smooth data flow, secure handling, and efficient UI rendering.

4. Code Quality and Optimization

Debug and optimize interfaces for speed, performance, and reliability.

Maintain best practices around component reuse and code organization.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving internal standards.

Ensure cross browser compatibility and responsive breakpoints.

5. Agile Collaboration

Participate in daily stand ups, sprint planning, retros, and reviews.

Contribute to task estimations and collaborate on technical problem solving.

Stay responsive to project shifts, timelines, and delivery cycles.

6. Continuous Learning and Innovation

Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and practices in the frontend ecosystem.

Experiment with new frameworks, libraries, and methodologies.

Share learnings with the team and suggest creative, efficient solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on frontend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, SASS CSS, and JavaScript ES6.
• Expertise in React.js.
• Familiarity with Bootstrap and Tailwind CSS.
• Experience with GSAP for animations.
• Knowledge of WordPress or WebFlow is a plus.
• Hands on experience with GIT and version control workflows.
• Ability to build responsive, user friendly layouts.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Attention to detail and love for clean, maintainable code.

We are looking for a passionate Senior Software Engineer - UI/UX to join our fast growing team at LogiNext. You’ll collaborate with Product Managers and other UI designers to design new features, translate concepts into living and breathing prototypes, and rapidly iterate on interactions, animations, and details to deliver the best user experience. You will be responsible for conceptualizing & creating highly interactive user interfaces across all supported platforms.

You are passionate about design and are driven to create solutions for our clients that combine business objectives, design principles, and continuous user research into a compelling user experience. You have experience in designing a consistent and adaptable platform-based approach to user experience within a technology-driven and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) based environment. You are a compulsive problem-solver with excellent visualization and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyse & process data to determine the user needs & enhance the user experience
• Research & learn new, or re- emerging front- end technologies that facilitate improved user experience.
• Conceptualise designs through storyboards & concept presentations
• Design beautiful digital interfaces and present ideas in a compelling manner
• Perform usability testing with prototypes
• Create wireframes & prototypes to create a perfect user interface
• Create the best visual communication design with graphic design, website design, drawing and illustration, animation, client discussion and standard layouts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Arts/Commerce/Science/Technology
• 4 to 7 years of experience in UI/UX designing
• Must have experience in designing user interfaces for B2B SaaS Products
• Must have excellent experience using tools such as Sketch, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
• Able to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment
• Should have excellent communication skills, with an ability to convey ideas clearly & precisely
• Must have leadership skills & a good team player
• Must be pro-active & a self-starter

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaboratively work with UX team, product managers, back-end engineers and other technical teams to create new, delightful and scalable UI
• Mentor junior members through training and individual support
• Responsible for all front end development on a project
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
• Optimize existing user interface designs
• Proactively learn and accordingly apply new technologies, best design practices and usability patterns

The ideal candidate must - 

• 5+ years of experience working with React or React-based frameworks
• Proficiency with browser-based debugging and performance testing
• Proficiency in Git and version control
• Considerable experience with a testing framework (Jest/Mocha)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JWT Tokens
• Good understanding of common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, Yarn etc
• Hands-on experience with CSS-in-JS libraries
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
• Keen to learn, mentor and willingness to take ownership of work items

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in full project life cycle (including requirement analysis, system design, development, and support if required).
• Partner with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and other developers to plan project work by providing estimates, risk analysis, technical options.
• Support and work collaboratively with teams across areas of design, development, quality assurance, and operations.
• Help define the vision for a product, identify dead ends and routes with untapped potential.
• Attend meetings to discuss and demonstrate solutions at both a technical and business level.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of web application development experience using at least one of the following: Javascript, Web Components, Angular, Polymer, ReactJS, Redux, LitElement, Svelte, VueJS, or knockout.js. Web Components is used and preferred.
• Experience with SPA (Single Page Application) design and implementation
• Experience with HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript/ and AJAX
• Experience working with a variety of APIs and RESTful interfaces
• Experience with performance optimization
• Experience integrating security best practices into the SDLC
• Experience with Git
• 1+ years of Agile development experience
• Experience manipulating and working with data in a variety of forms: csv, xml, json, structured and unstructured

Desirable Skills

• SQL experience. PostGreSQL a plus.
• Knowledge of AWS or other cloud environments is a plus.

• Experience with CI/CD is a plus.
• Experience working with databases and web applications in analytics, reporting or Business Intelligence is a plus.

• The UI developer will produce robust front end for advanced financial banking and trading applications connecting with server side using micro services
• 3+ years of relevant experience in front end development using React.JS.
• Strong knowledge of Web development technologies, including HTML5, CSS3 etc
• Should have a knowledge of java script libraries like ag-grid, datagrid, chart js, D3 js etc
• Strong experience in developing UI applications showing large amount of data in grid format.
• Must have good experience of testing frameworks like mocha/chai, jasmine etc. for React JS.
• Excellent knowledge of Java and spring, with experience of use in a professional environment

In this role you will

• Be a part of a small UI team and will work closely with the UXdesigner and product manager to shape the product design.
• Build web UI components for a cloud-native SaaS product.
• Drive clear requirements for the backend APIs working closely withthe backend engineers.
• Focus on quality and velocity by developing appropriate tests.
