React Developer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer with a focus on Front-End Development with Strong proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Sass, Bootstrap and modern JavaScript frameworks including ReactJS and jQuery to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code that enhances workflow organization and automates various internal processes within the organization. The role involves continuous improvement of our software solutions to save man-hours and ensure overall organizational efficiency. Key tasks include development, testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and maintenance of both new and existing programs.

Key responsibilities:

1)    Software Development: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code/flows that automate internal processes and improve workflow efficiency.

2)    Testing and Maintenance: Perform testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and daily maintenance of created or integrated programs.

3)    UI/UX Development and Design: Design and develop intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces in the software.

4)    Web Services Integration: Integrate UI with web services to ensure seamless functionality.

5)    Adherence to Standards: Follow preferred development methodologies and adhere to organizational development standards.

6)    Collaboration: To work closely with other team members to ensure the successful implementation of projects. Maintain clear and concise documentation of code, APIs, and software components to aid in knowledge sharing and future development.

7)    Stay Current: Keep up to date with the latest developments in the Frond end development ecosystem and engage in best practices of software engineering.

What You Will Do in This Role

• Building and developing new software features for our JustCall product.
• Working through the design, implementation, integration, testing, and deployment phases of project delivery.
• Provide software design and programming expertise to support research projects.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams - Experimenting and reiterating on software basis feedback from customers/product & business stakeholders.
• Designing and developing new fast and robust algorithms to ensure that the platform supports millions of communications exchanges every month.
• Working with our engineering team to deploy and maintain research models in the production.
• Collaborating with the product and design teams on crafting great user experiences.

What you need to be successful

• 3-7 years of experience in ReactJS (not native), JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience in designing and building systems for maximum performance, reliability, and scalability
• Experience in working with object-oriented programming with least one object-oriented programming language and understanding of browser caching.
• Experience with seamless integration of front-end to backend functionality.
• Knowledge of high-level programming concepts like promises, and data-binding.
• Ability to design relational database schema at scale with Tailwind experience, including concepts like layout, specificity, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Experience with test-driven/behavior-driven development using automated testing tools.

Job Specifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field.
• 3+ years of working with complex front-end development in HTML/CSS/JavaScript/Sass/Less, AJAX and JSON.
• 3+ years of working with React.js is a must.
• Knowledge of React tools including React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, Context API, and Flux performance testing frameworks including Mocha and Jest.

UI/UX Developer Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain highly reusable Angular, JavaScript, HTML and CSS code.

Position Overview

Front-End UI/UX developer with a combined skillset of application design and web programming. Responsibilities will include converting the UI designs to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application. You will be working on the UI/UX technical implementation of the application functionality.

To be successful in this role, you should have very good experience in programming and interaction with the backend. The team develops web applications, and mobile-based applications, which need to display graphs, data and images in real-time. The candidate should able to display huge data efficiently.

Experience:

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role

Qualification:

• Bachelor of Engineering (BTECH / BE) or Masters (MTECH / MS / MCA ) in Computer Science / Electronics / Information Science from reputed institutions

UI/UX Developer Requirements

• Proficiency with Angular, JSP, HTML, and CSS, bootstrap.

UI Architect / Developer

1.       A must have skills is Angular. NodeJs preferred but can be replaced with anything on server side scripting.  

a.       70% work for this role in angular based. At architect role without server side scripting understanding doesn’t a right fit. 

b.       Someone who can take sound decision for overall interaction with backend.  

c.        There are components written in node (Control Manager and aith server) which we have intentions to align with UI architect.  

d.       Given Node is technology primary in java script (same as angular), generally we are seeing people who have earlier exposure or are confident to pick it with little learning. But we would not penalize anyone who is week in node, but champ in angular for this role. 

2.       Design , develop and maintain client facing web applications. 

3.       Cooperating with backend developers in the process of building REST APIs. 

4.       Should demonstrate deep understanding of the following: 

·         Design - HTML/CSS  

·         Frontend languages - Experience with Javascript  and related frameworks - Angular(7/8/9), Angular Material, Bootstrap(or similar CSS frameworks), Node JS (preferred but not mandatory). 

·         Test frameworks - Mocha, Chai, Jasmine, Karma
