Frontend Developer

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain highly interactive and responsive web applications using AngularJS 14.

-  Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices.

- Leverage Tailwind CSS for rapid UI development and ensure consistent design across the application.

- Implement user interface components and features according to design specifications.

- Integrate with backend APIs and services to retrieve and manipulate data.

- Optimize application performance for a smooth user experience across all devices and browsers.

- Conduct unit testing and participate in integration testing to ensure code quality.

- Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in frontend technologies and frameworks.

-Contribute to the improvement of existing frontend development processes and documentation.

Qualifications:

-  Strong understanding of AngularJS 14 architecture, components, directives, and services.

-  Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).

-  In-depth knowledge of Tailwind CSS and its utility classes for rapid UI development.

- Experience with responsive web design (RWD) principles and best practices.

- Understanding of web accessibility guidelines (WCAG).

- Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jasmine, Karma) is a plus.

-  Experience with build tools (e.g., Webpack) is a plus.

-  Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

-   Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating pixel-perfect user interfaces.

-   Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:

● Building responsive and elegant mobile & desktop web applications

● Good to have experience of one or more relevant languages (Python, Ruby, Node.js etc.)

● Work closely with the product manager, designer & development team to collaborate to develop the best in class web applications.

● Optimisation of the website as per industry trends.

● Evaluate competitive and innovative products and design approaches to identify best practices and encourage innovation.

Skills:

● Hands on experience in JavaScript / TypeScript

● Experience in modern web development technologies and techniques, including HTML5, CSS3.

● Experience in any of the frameworks: ReactJs/ Angular / VueJs.

● Experience in translating design mockups and prototypes into frontend applications.

● Experience in effective componentization/abstraction during design translation.

● Experience in effective state management strategies like redux and hooks to scale application better.

● Understands how to optimize the delivery of code and assets (e.g., images, fonts) to a browser or device (e.g.,lazy loading assets, using CDNs caching, compression, etc)

● Understands how to be efficient with resource usage (e.g., application impact on memory and CPU, caches as needed, respectful of customer's device limits etc).

● Good understanding and hands on with PWA (AMP is good to have).

● Good knowledge of version control systems.

● Good understanding of any of the following frontend frameworks, bootstrap, material-UI, semantic-UI.

● Ability to provide deliverables within specified deadlines with a quality bar.

● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

● Experience in flutter is good to have.

Responsibilities:

• Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code.
• Write and maintain modular and high performance code.
• Collaborate with BE devs and UX designers to improve usability.
• Participate in technical discussions and communicate across teams.
• Lead frontend technical development efforts.
• Take ownership and drive projects end-to-end.
• Mentor junior developers

• Design front-end architecture (secure, high-performing, scalable, extensible, flexible, simple).

Requirements:

• Should have strong JavaScript fundamentals.
• HTML/CSS experience, including concepts like layout, specificity, cross browser compatibility, and accessibility.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, the JavaScript object model and ES6
• Understanding of React.js / Angular/ Vue.js and its core principles.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with React.js /Vue.js/ Angular.
• Good communication skills.
• Good understanding of FE build systems and tools like Babel(ES6), Webpack, Grunt, npm,. is a plus.
• Experience with browser APIs and optimising front end performance is a plus.

• Overall 3+  years of software development experience in building web-based and highly scalable applications. 

• Excellent understanding of core computer science concepts like algorithms, data structure, system design, OOP, etc. 

• Deep knowledge and development expertise in React Native/ReactJS 

• Hands-on coding experience in developing multi platform (iOS & Android) mobile applications with REST APIs.

• Experience working as a Full stack developer is a big plus.

• Experience in building single page applications or Javascript heavy front end applications in ReactJS is a big plus.

• Experience working in cloud environments with CI/CD and infrastructure automation is a big plus.

• Experience working in an agile team with software engineering practices like automated testing, test-driven-development, continuous integration, etc is a big plus. 

• Strong oral and written communication.
