Role: Book Designer

Exp: 3-8 years

CTC: up to 8 LPA 

Designer’s Responsibilities :

● Design and ideate visually compelling books that help in serving the right target audience and represent the essence of the content.

● Collaborate closely with authors, editors, and cross-functional teams to ensure a singular goal and vision for each publication project.

● Create dierent design iterations of editorial layouts for the publication that enhance the readability, understandability, and aesthetics of the design.

● A strong foundation in typography, color theory, and visual identity of a product

● Engage in collaborative brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design concepts.

● Manage multiple design projects evidently and adhere to project timelines while ensuring high design quality set by the company.

• Develop and implement sales strategies for IT staff augmentation and consulting services.
• Identify and engage with potential clients, including IT firms, enterprises, and startups.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams
• Understand client requirements for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time IT staffing.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure the timely delivery of qualified IT professionals.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements in line with business goals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging IT staffing needs.
• Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline, providing reports on revenue forecasts and client engagement.

What you need to shine?

• You have the prior experience in modernising legacy applications.

• You are a passionate hands-on developer with deep experience in building enterprise grade software in Microsoft ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, SOA, Micro-Services and RESTful Services with knowledge of SQL Server database.

• You have the ability to see and work on the big picture (Application Architecture) and devilish details (Complex Code).

• Strong experience in developing web applications using C#, VB.Net, .NET, LINQ, Net Framework 4.0, MVC 3/4/5, ASP.NET Web API, .Net Core etc.

• You are Cloud savvy, preferably Google Cloud.

• You have rich experience in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) with good knowledge of practical design-patterns and its applications.

• Hands-on experience in building SOA or Micro-services preferably on .NET Core.

• Proven Architectural skills with high standards in Code quality

• Knowledge of ReactJS/Typescript would be added advantage.

• Practical experience in Agile development methodologies of using CI/CD.

• Extreme Programming (TDD) experience is sought after by us.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of PHP developers, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.

• Work closely with project management, design, and quality assurance teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and project plans.

• Design and architect scalable and maintainable PHP-based web applications and systems.

• Develop and maintain high-quality code, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

• Perform code reviews and ensure code quality and stability.

• Ensure the use of appropriate development methodologies, tools, and technologies.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and effective manner.

• Manage and maintain development, staging, and production environments.

• Provide technical guidance and support to team members.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• At least 7 years of experience in PHP development, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role.

• Strong knowledge of PHP frameworks such as Laravel, or CodeIgniter and React.Js

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.

• Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

• Familiarity with development tools such as Git, Composer, and PHPUnit.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

ROLE/SKILLS:

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• 4+ years with object-oriented programming in PHP.
• 4+ years with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Complex SQL queries and database schema design.
• MVC frameworks (Laravel, Yii).
• Experience with modern server components (Memcache, Redis, ActiveMQ, Solr)
• Working in a collaborative team environment using tools like JIRA and Git.
• Consuming and creating web services.
• Stable work history and an ability to collaborate effectively.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute online advertising campaigns across various channels, including search, display, and social media

Optimize CPC bids to achieve maximum ROI and drive revenue growth

Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-value search terms and optimize ad targeting

Analyze campaign performance data and use insights to inform campaign optimization and strategic decisions

Create ad copy and messaging that effectively communicates our value proposition and drives clicks and conversions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and analytics, to align advertising strategies with business objectives

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CPC advertising and apply learnings to improve campaign performance

Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and implement testing plans to optimize ad landing pages and user experience

Manage advertising budget and ensure campaigns are executed within budget constraints

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field

4+ years of experience in online advertising with a focus on CPC optimization

Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making

Experience with ad platforms, such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads, and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling ad copy and messaging

Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and analytics

Experience in B2B technology or software markets preferred

Experience in a startup or high-growth environment preferred
