Account Manager for Website Process

1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and services.
2. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or product recommendations.
3. Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
4. Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
5. Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively engage with customers.

• Set objectives and goals for the team and track progress.
• It is an employee-facing managerial role.
• Lead multiple resources and groups from an operational angle and track progress through daily standups.
• Should be excellent in writing general email communication.
• Dealing with email inquiries.
• Taking minutes of the meeting and tracking those to closure.
• Document an overall status report of engagement.
• Mentor and coach team to work on creating case studies for the respective projects.
• Follow up with the prospects for getting appointments. Acting partially like a Sales Manager.
• Monitoring the daily progress of team members.
• Organizing project team meetings and recording minutes.
• The person will be managing groups related to delivery, content creation, graphics, and social media departments.
• Should conduct standup meetings
• Use of Google sheet, Asana and Slack to streamline the project, resource, and portfolio management.
• Develop the project plan for the tasks, dependencies, and participants required to mitigate the risks to system quality.
• Detail-oriented with strong data collection, analysis, and reporting skills.
• Experience working in diverse and collaborative environments.

Roles & responsibilities:

• Recruiting for multiple profiles including Technical and Non-Technical roles
• Appraisal handling and implementation
• Employee feedback and grievance handling.
• HR Generalist role including basic employee management, payroll, attendance leaves and statutory compliances.
• Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
• Grooming and Soft Skills training and quality check from time to time.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• At least 3 years of human resource management experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

∙ Responsible to promote IT Product and Services in to the National/ International Market through lead Generation.

∙ To identify business opportunities and drive profitable new business with client mapping, cold-calling, focused email campaigns, presentations, etc.

∙ Manage entire Sales life-cycle including cold calling, prospecting, lead qualification, product/service presentation, proposal presentation and sales closure.

1. Developing HMI application in Qt or similar UI frameworks
2. Develop C++ or Rust backends for the HMI
3. Understand and optimize potential performance bottlenecks

• Deepening the relationship with B2B2C channel
• Strengthening the relationship with existing customers
• Selling the company's diabetes management plans through outbound calls to a set of pre generated leads
• Managing relationship with onboarded customers and taking feedback and resolving customer queries
• Receiving in-bound calls from the customer and helping them to understand the company's plans and offerings
• Being the second point of contact for partner doctors and hospitals and visiting them when required, to resolve their queries
• Understanding customers’ requirements from the product standpoint and developing an in depth understanding of the healthcare eco-system

Desired Candidate Profile

• At least a graduate in any stream from a reputed university
• A decent understanding of the sales and customer acquisition processes
• Good social skills with ability to understand customer needs and developing relationships with people
• Past experience in successfully closing sales deals remotely is a must
• Openness to move around in NCR and meet doctors
• Past experience of 3-5 years in similar roles either with healthcare start-ups or in a similar role in related or other industries
• Fluency in English and Hindi is a must
• Proficiency in using internet and tools such as Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel

2. Develop the backend for the apps (subscription, locating, reservation, payments, operation).
3. Develop the backend for the host apps (setting availability, pricing).
4. Develop the central dashboard for internal purposes.
5. Develop the dashboard for monthly revenue remittance to hosts.
6. Develop a dashboard for network partners.
7. Develop the system for custom ad delivery in invoices.
8. Setup, Deploy and Manage the servers and APIs.
