Job Title: QA/QC Engineer – Facade
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control procedures for facade production
- Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished facade units
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, local building codes, and client specifications
🔍 Testing & Inspection
- Conduct mechanical, thermal, and performance tests on facade elements
- Maintain inspection records, test results, and corrective action reports
- Oversee mock-up testing and performance validation
- Maintain quality manuals, SOPs, and inspection checklists
🤝 Coordination
- Coordinate with design, production, and project teams to ensure quality alignment
- Support external audits and client inspections
- Train factory staff on quality standards and best practices
📚 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering
- (Facade engineering or materials specialization preferred)
- 3–5 years of QA/QC experience in facade manufacturing or construction
- Strong knowledge of facade systems (aluminum, glass, cladding, curtain walls)
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ASTM, EN standards, and local building regulations

📍 Work Environment
- Factory-based role with occasional site visits
