Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled MERN Stack Developer with a strong background in Node.js and React.js to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have 5–7 years of hands-on experience building scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. You will play a critical role in the architecture, design, development, and deployment of end-to-end solutions using the MERN stack.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
• Build RESTful APIs and ensure integration with front-end components
• Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
• Write clean, modular, and reusable code with proper documentation and testing
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality products
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and continuous improvement of development processes
• Ensure secure coding practices and compliance with best standards
• Manage deployments and maintain CI/CD pipelines

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of professional experience in full-stack web development with a focus on Node.js and React.js
• Deep understanding of JavaScript, ES6+, and asynchronous programming
• Strong experience in building scalable backend services using Node.js and Express
• Proficient in building rich UI components using React.js, Redux/Context API, and modern front-end tooling (Webpack, Babel, etc.)
• Experience with MongoDB and Mongoose, and understanding of NoSQL database design
• Hands-on experience with API design, JWT/Auth, and third-party integrations
• Familiarity with Git, Docker, and modern DevOps practices
• Knowledge of performance optimization and security best practices
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress, etc.)

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to TypeScript
• Experience with GraphQL
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.

Core Stack Required: MERN

Minimum Experience: 3 years

• Good to have Experience in creating multilingual websites.

• Experience in API integration i.e. Google, Facebook, Twitter, agora, twilio etc..

B.S. in software development, computer science or related field (Equivalent experience also accepted) 

·  1+ years of relevant work experience in software development and design.  

·  Deep understanding of computer science fundamentals (e.g, algorithms and data structures).  

·  Deep understanding of JavaScript or TypeScript and at least one JS UI framework React ·  
Deep understanding of Node.js and at least one Node server framework (Express, NextJS, NestJS). 

·  Deep understanding of the full software development lifecycle. 

·  Experience designing/implementing/integrating with APIs.  

·  Solid understanding of database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQLServer).  

·  Solid understanding of Git and managed source control services like GitHub. 

·  Experience working within Agile software development teams. 

·  Foundational knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS). 

·  Excellent written and oral communication skills. 

Job responsibility:

• Hire and mentor a team of high-calibre front-end and Backend engineers
• Design and develop new user-facing full-stack applications.
• Building reusable components and front-end, backend libraries for future use
• Optimizing pages for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
• Optimize Backend to high scale.

Skills and Experiences:

• 6+ years of experience in software development with minimum 1 year as a tech lead.
• Experience in NodeJS, ReactJS, PostgreSQL, Redis, AWS.
• Deep understanding of at least one of React JS / Vue JS and its core principles
• Deep understanding of NodeJS.
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as babel, webpack, npm
• Familiarity with at least one code versioning tools such as Git, SVN etc.
• Good understanding of quality JavaScript code (Object oriented and commonly used design patterns)
• Capable of debugging complex issues in JavaScript
• Experience in building complex single page applications with front end and backend.
• Experience with production full stack environment debugging and DevOps experience.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Hands on coding experience.

Good to have:

• Advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and responsive web development.
• Experience with writing unit test cases with JS frameworks.
• Experience with high scalable applications.

• 2-4 years of experience working with web platforms (at a corporate, startup, or digital agency)

This company is entire new but I have been working on my own project from last 8 years . 

Well here our  target is to finish at least 90 e-commerce websites a month .... as per the calculation one  should be able to finish one site within 3 days ( mainly on woo commerce) 

( we already have more work than we can finish for next 3 years) which makes us pretty stable as most of the new company .

So there are 2 categories of web designer we are looking for 

1. Salary range - 15k - 20 k (0-1 years experience)- Should be able to make a full responsive ecom ( woo commerce) website in 3 days 
2. Senior designer/ developer.  - 25- 40k  -Should be able to handle the team of 9 designer ,    -To make sure the checklist provided by client is met. -To make sure Deadlines to met for delivery .

P.s salaries entirely on the basis on ability  to perform and existing knowledge.
