Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled GxP Manual Functional Tester with strong experience in manual testing within GxP-compliant environments.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the software testing lifecycle and hands-on experience in Functional, FIT, and UAT testing. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business, development, and regulatory stakeholders, in an Agile setup.

Mandatory Skills : Manual Testing, GxP Compliance, STLC, FIT & UAT Test Design, Agile Testing, Jira, Defect Management, and Test Documentation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform manual testing in GxP-regulated environments ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Design and execute Functional Integration Testing (FIT) test cases.
• Prepare and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test scenarios.
• Participate in Agile incremental testing cycles.
• Track, report, and manage defects using Jira or similar test management tools.
• Collaborate with development, QA, regulatory, and business teams to ensure effective communication and accurate documentation.
• Maintain detailed testing documentation and contribute to continuous test process improvements.

Required Skills :

• Minimum 4+ Years of experience in manual testing in GxP-compliant environments.
• Strong knowledge of STLC, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience in FIT test case design and execution.
• Expertise in UAT test design and coordination.
• Experience with test management tools such as Jira.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Strong defect management capabilities.

• This is a hybrid role; candidates must be willing to work from a Capgemini office as required.

● Lead the manual testing efforts for Incruiter’s SaaS applications (web)

● Design, document, and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and scenarios.

● Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing to ensure high-quality releases.

● Use Postman to validate and test APIs. Identify, log, and track bugs to closure using tools like Jira, TestRail, and Bugzilla.

● Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Business Teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements.

● Prepare and maintain QA documentation (test reports, defect analysis, test strategies).

● Mentor and guide junior QA members, ensuring adherence to best practices.

● Own the QA sign-off process before each release.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

● 2+ years of strong hands-on experience in manual testing (SaaS/product- based environment preferred).

● Proven expertise in testing web applications, APIs, and mobile applications.

● Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle.

● Proficiency in using Postman for API testing.

● Good to have Hands-on experience with Jira, TestRail, and Bugzilla.

● Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability.

● Excellent communication skills to work effectively across teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

• MS or BS in Computer Science or a related subject.
• At least five (5+) years of web application testing and automation experience.
• Taking complete ownership of product testing efforts.
• Proficiency in Java/ Python or any other Object-Oriented Language.
• Experience of Selenium & WebServices or REST API testing or backend testing
• Ability to design and develop test automation frameworks from scratch
• Experience in CI/ CD setup preferably with Jenkin
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Expert in methodically developing use-cases-
• Expert at writing automation test cases using Selenium.
• Expert at testing the web application for both functionality and performance.
• Understands what world-class quality for SAAS Products 
• Expert at communicating the QA results with the engineering teams
• Expert at increasing visibility for blocker/critical issues.

A Software Testing Engineer is required to fully test the product or system to ensure it functions properly and meets the business needs. The job responsibilities include:

Role and Responsibilities

• Responsible for creating and executing tests to verify that software runs properly and without defects on each platform requested and to handle test procedures efficiently to result in extreme product stability, product usability and performance.
• Responsible for creating test plans and test cases.
• Understanding how a feature is implemented to develop test cases for the functionality, performance, stress, and fault conditions.
• Responsible for reviewing and analyzing project documentation to ensure product testability.
• Responsible for providing detailed testing status.

Skills  Required: 

• Should have experience in creating Test Plans, Test scripts, Test cases.
•  Knowledge in Selenium web drivers is mandatory. They should be able to write the scripts and run them in Selenium.
• Should have good experience in SQL databases.
• Good knowledge on System and Integration Test Cases.
• Good knowledge on System and Integration Testing.
• Able to write Test Scenarios.
• Able to Test the application independently.
• Hands on experience in UI testing

1. Strong understanding of Software Testing methodologies and Test design with Saas apps
2. 2+ years of experience in Manual  testing on Web using Postman, Jira or similar tools
3. Excellent communication and documentation skills with a strong attention to detail
4. Good understanding of Python / JavaScript and  Linux commands, SQL Databases
5. Good to have: Knowledge of performance and security testing, understanding of Jenkins, Kibana, Git, JMeter and hands-on experience with JUnit, Mocha (JavaScript), Any JavaScript e2e testing framework

As a test engineer at Recko, you will:

1. Test and prove that the software meets major architectural requirements while ensuring  the quality of the system as a whole 
2. Prove for scalability and performance of a software while running quality controls on components and final products
3. Develop and automate tests for software validation
4. Detect, investigate and troubleshoot bug and production issues
5. Analyze current technologies used within the company and develop steps and processes to improve testing procedures
6. Assist other department engineers in creating practical demonstrations of proposed solutions and demonstrating them to other members of the team
7. Gather product requirements (e.g. functionalities, speed, safety standards), 
8. Develop test plan, test scenarios and test cases and analyze the test results, detect issues and track root causes
9. Document technical issues and solutions as well as prepare file defect reports and report test progress
