Role Overview:
This isn’t a traditional Customer Success role.
As part of our Customer Success team, you’ll sit at the intersection of AI, product, and real customer impact. You’ll work closely with enterprise clients, product and engineering teams, and AI systems to drive adoption, design better conversations, and turn insights into meaningful outcomes. You’ll get hands-on exposure to conversational design, prompt engineering, and problem-solving in a fast-moving startup environment- while shaping how businesses use AI to communicate with their customers.
Key Responsibilities:
● Design, optimize, and scale AI-driven bot workflows and conversation flows using tools like ChatGPT and internal prompt systems.
● Own customer outcomes by defining success metrics, driving adoption, and managing project timelines.
● Act as the voice of the customer, gather feedback, identify gaps, and work with cross-functional teams to improve the product.
● Build and manage strong relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring long-term value and engagement.
● Monitor agent performance, conduct audits, and continuously improve workflows using data and insights
● Experiment with new prompts, features, and tools before they go live
What We’re Looking For:
● 0–1 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Business Development, Sales, Growth.
● Clear, confident, and empathetic communicator with strong presentation skills
● Structured problem-solver who can translate complex customer needs into actionable solutions
