In fact, the QA lead is just as responsible for a successful product launch as the engineers or developers involved in that project. This is a skilled profession that requires previous experience in quality assurance, preferably in the same industry as the company posting the job, along with prior management experience. QA leads typically keep full-time hours, but they may experience periods of overtime closer to product rollouts. # Requirements -
- 1-3 years of experience testing
- Good with testing concepts, understands test life cycle
- Good bug reporting and communication skills
- Understands release process and past experience of release process
- Understanding the business criticality & being Flexible
- Sound knowledge on Compatibility testing
- Hands on experience on both Web and Mobile platforms
# Responsibilities -
- Domain/Product knowledge would be an added value
- Automation skills for mobile application is an added advantage
- Knowledge and experience on debugging tools (Adb, Xcode, Jmeter, etc.)
- BE Computer Science, MCA or equivalent.
- Experience testing IOT devices managed by cloud.
- Manual testing experience and a desire to learn and work with the latest
technologies. Web, Cloud and Mobile App testing.
- Develop test plans, cases, and scripts; schedule and execute test cycles;
contribute to testability & quality of software.
- Reports all defects accurately; facilitate problem tracking and successful
resolution; assess and communicate various risks involved and provide
necessary assistance to engineers and stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of automation know-how [ API automation, Python]
- Test to fail mindset, Solid test strategy experience, well versed with QA processes.
- Hands on experience on Performance test angle.
Experience:
- Min 1 year experience
- Not more than 10 year experience.
Location
- Remotely, anywhere in India
Timings:
- 40 hours a week (9 PM IST to 2 AM IST(10 hours in your suitable time) , Monday to
Saturday).

• Manual testing experience in Web and Mobile application
• Have worked in Agile projects
• Familiar with test documentation such as test plans, test cases, test matrices, check lists etc
• Familiar with smoke tests, regression testing, functionality, integration testing, defect logging
• Having experience of automation testing (Selenium / Appium etc) will be a major plus
• Able to work in a startup environment will be a major plus.

Responsibilities
- Working with JSON for Template QA and publishing.
- Having a good eye for detail to point out bugs missed by the designers.
- Maintaining CMS for category tagging, release dates, front-end trays, etc.
- Working with the engineering team to seek out bugs, and get them fixed.
- Translating CSVs and other data from Amplitude, CleverTap, SQL etc. into readable sheets for the Design Team.
Experience
- Fresher or 1-2 years of experience in QA testing
- Bachelors degree in IT, CS, B-Tech or similar fields
Required Skills
