We are looking for an experienced and innovative quality analyst to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting and developing the planning, design and execution of several test plans, test scripts and process plans for different projects.
Responsibilities
- Design, Develop and Execute test strategies, test scenarios, and test plans for new components and help root-cause issues working with software development teams.
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
- Participate in product and feature design with developers, product managers, and business systems analysts.
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
- Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs.
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
- Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
Qualifications
- Quality Analyst (Manual) = 2 Openings
- Relevant Experience: Manual min 2 years
- Education: BE / BTec/ MCA / MTec / ME / Msc
Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office).
Mandatory: At least Manual 2 years
Essential for this position :
- 3-4 years of experience as a manual tester
- Good understanding and experience with Microsoft Azure (or AWS)
- Good understanding and experience with APIs and microservices
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (ideally Azure DevOps)
Any of the following exp will be preferred :
- Writing automated tests
- TDD and BDD
- Contributing to open source community
- DevOps, monitoring and alerting
- Experience with Health-tech, FHIR, Wearables, IoT, Big data
- BE Computer Science, MCA or equivalent
- Familiarity with Cloud security
- Hands on experience with AWS setup troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of any messaging system [ Kafka prefer] , application server
client-server architecture , any DB (preferably, MongoDB )
- Good understanding of Protocols: http, https, FTP
- Experience over: Windows & Linux Operating systems [ more than user level] or Mac
- Basic knowledge of automation know-how [ API automation, Selenium Java]
- Test to fail mindset, Solid test strategy experience, well versed with QA processes.
- Hands on experience on Performance test angle.
- Should have worked on defining test cases for enterprise products [ prefer on cloud]
Experience:
- Min 4 year experience
- Not more than 10 year experience.

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will develop and execute feature and regression test suites to ensure product quality.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Work closely with a scrum team and collaborate in all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Key contributor for manual end-to-end functional & regression testing"
- Review feature specifications and design documents and provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Own the acceptance criteria process with developers and create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases for features
- Estimating, prioritizing, planning, and coordinating testing activities with the rest of the QA team along with releases
- Identify, record, document, and track bugs
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. developers, product managers, stakeholders) to identify requirements and communicate progress & releases
Desired Skills & Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance / Software Development
- Experience in agile & scrum methodologies
- Ability to write clear and comprehensive acceptance criteria, test plans, and test cases
- Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of SQL scripting
- BS degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a related subject is a plus
- Automation experience within the Selenium framework (Java) is a plus
- Performance (stress/load) testing is a plus
