Responsibilities include:  

• Develop and maintain data validation logic in our proprietary Control Framework tool 
• Actively participate in business requirement elaboration and functional design sessions to develop an understanding of our Operational teams’ analytical needs, key data flows and sources 
• Assist Operational teams in the buildout of Checklists and event monitoring workflows within our Enterprise Control Framework platform 
• Build effective working relationships with Operational users, Reporting and IT development teams and business partners across the organization 
• Conduct interviews, generate user stories, develop scenarios and workflow analyses  
• Contribute to the definition of reporting solutions that empower Operational teams to make immediate decisions as to the best course of action 
• Perform some business user acceptance testing 
• Provide production support and troubleshooting for existing operational dashboards  
• Conduct regular demos and training of new features for the stakeholder community 

Qualifications  

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Accounting, Finance, MIS, Information Technology or related field of study 
• Minimum 5 years’ of SQL required 
• Experience querying data on cloud platforms (AWS/ Azure/ Snowflake) required 
• Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills, attention to detail and organization 
• Able to independently troubleshoot and gather supporting evidence  
• Prior experience developing within a BI reporting tool (e.g. Spotfire, Tableau, Looker, Information Builders) a plus  
• Database Management and ETL development experience a plus 
• Self-motivated, self-assured, and self-managed  
• Able to multi-task to meet time-driven goals  
• Asset management experience, including investment operation a plus 

Strategy Development:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our marketing goals.
• Identify target audiences and tailor content to specific platforms and demographics.
• Stay up-to-date on social media trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Content Creation and Curation:

• Create engaging and visually appealing content, including text, images, and videos.
• Develop a content calendar and ensure consistent posting across all platforms.
• Curate relevant content from external sources to share with our audience.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and standards.

Community Management:

• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all social media channels.
• Build and foster relationships with our online community.
• Engage with influencers and other relevant accounts.
• Handle online reputation.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Generate regular reports on social media performance and provide insights for optimization.   
• Use social listening tools to monitor brand mentions and industry trends.

Campaign Management:

• Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, services, and events.
• Manage social media advertising budgets and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Collaborate with marketing and other teams to ensure campaign alignment.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in software development. Demonstrated ability to design customer-

focused, architecturally robust solutions that provide best-in-class software experiences for

our users

• In-depth programming knowledge of Python and Django (proficiency is must have)

• Prior experience in developing a SaaS platform (a strong plus)

• Prior experience in NLP engineering and building ML models (preferred)

• Prior experience in working with SQL/NoSQL databases is preferred

• Tech architecture/DevOps background is preferred, not mandatory

• Basic understanding of LLMs, RLHF, transformers, embeddings

• Strong understanding of Test Automation and integration of Testing with the development

process

• Champion of an engineering culture that emphasizes QA, Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD

• A pragmatic problem-solver who can identify the essence of a problem and deliver simple,

elegant solutions to that problem.

• Hustle attitude to be able to deliver and work on several products/features at the same time.

• Proficiency with distributed systems built on cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS)

• Micro-services and serverless architecture. Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes

Should have Passion to learn and adapt new technologies, understanding,

solving/troubleshooting issues and risks, able to make informed decisions and ability to

lead the projects.

Your Qualifications

• 2-5 Years’ Experience with functional programming
• Experience with functional programming using Scala with Spark framework.
• Strong understanding of Object-oriented programming, data structures and algorithms
• Good experience in any of the cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) etc.,
• Experience with distributed (multi-tiered) systems, relational databases and NoSql storage solutions
• Desire to learn new technologies and languages
• Participation in software design, development, and code reviews
• High level of proficiency with Computer Science/Software Engineering knowledge and contribution to the technical skills growth of other team members
