• 4–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in certification, training, SaaS, consulting, or services

industry

• Experience leading multi-channel campaigns and content creation

• Prior exposure to compliance, ISO standards, ESG, or cyber/information security is an added advantage

Role Overview

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating leads,

meeting business clients, understanding their IT infrastructure needs,

proposing suitable solutions, and closing deals.

This is a pure B2B field sales role focused on IT infrastructure and support

services.

Key Responsibilities

 Identify and generate leads from businesses across Pune

 Conduct client meetings and understand IT/network/security requirements

 Propose suitable IT infrastructure and AMC solutions

 Coordinate with technical team for solution design and quotations

 Follow up and close deals

 Maintain client relationships for repeat business and AMC opportunities

 Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

Mandatory Requirements (Do not share profiles without these)

 Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales / business development

 Experience in selling IT services, IT hardware, networking, security, or

software solutions

 Comfortable with field visits and client meetings

 Experience handling complete sales cycle: lead → meeting → proposal →

closure

 Strong communication and negotiation skills

 Target-driven approach

 Based in Pune and willing to travel locally for meetings

Preferred Background

6. Strong experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
7. Solid understanding of the mobile app landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
8. Clear understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.

Preferred Skills:

1. Familiarity with Android UI/UX design principles and best practices.
2. Knowledge of Kotlin in addition to Java.
3. Experience with cloud message APIs and push notifications.
4. Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
5. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically about edge cases and scalability.
