Required Skills:

• Write effective Python code to tackle complex issues
• Use business sense and analytical abilities to glean valuable insights from public databases 
• Clearly express the reasoning and logic when writing code in Jupyter notebooks or other suitable mediums
• Extensive experience working with Python 
• Proficiency with the language's syntax and conventions
• Previous experience tackling algorithmic problems
• Nice to have some prior Software Quality Assurance and Test Planning experience
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills

The ideal candidates should be able to

Must-Have Technology Skills:

• OOP Concept, Java 8+, Spring Boot, API development, Agile Scrum knowledge, Strong Databases design concepts of RDBMS, and capable of writing and optimizing complex queries.
  Good understanding of any Database tool e.g. Postgres, MySQL, etc.,
• DevOps basic knowledge e.g. implementation of logging in the code, Application Performance Management.
• Basic API & Application security, and Basics of tuning application performance.
• Basic Understanding of DevOps concepts e.g. CI & CD, Deployment lifecycle, Basic understanding of unit testing concepts e.g. TDD (test-driven development).
• A basic understanding of Microservices patterns
• A basic understanding of Java scripting.
• Good understanding of UI Frameworks like Angular 8+

Job Description

• Good experience as a full-stack developer in DB-centric applications and should be able to write and optimize complex database queries
• Requirement gathering & understanding, effort estimation, technical design, project planning, and monitoring in an Agile environment.
• Work proactively & independently to address project requirements, and articulate issues/challenges with enough lead time to address project delivery risks.
• Providing expertise in technical analysis and solving technical issues during project delivery.
• Customer interfacing - understand customer requirements, and propose technical solutions.
• Full Software Development Lifecycle (Agile).
• Code reviews, test case reviews and ensure code developed meets the requirements.
• Component Design/ Coding/ Unit Testing/ Debugging / Test Driven Development / Continuous Integration.
• Carry out adaptive changes necessitated by changes in Business Requirements and Technology

• Experience in Java and associated technologies Core Java, JSP, Spring, Struts,RESTful Services,SOAP,Tomcat, Hibernate, Maven
• Strong understanding of OOPS concepts
• Proficient understanding of RDBMS Concepts
• Strong understanding of Databases Oracle / MSQL / MySQL etc and PL/SQL Programming

• Architect new and optimize existing software codebases and systems used to crawl, launch, run, and monitor the Anakin family of app crawlers
• Deeply own the lifecycle of software, including rolling out to operations, managing configurations, maintaining and upgrading, and supporting end-users
• Configure and optimize the automated testing and deployment systems used to maintain over 1000+ crawlers across the company
• Analyze data and bugs that require in-depth investigations
• Interface directly with external customers including managing relationships and steering requirements

• Extremely effective, self-driven builder
• 2+ years of experience as a backend software engineer
• 2+ years of experience with Python
• 2+ years of experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.
• Should have managed a team of software engineers
• Deep experience with network debugging across all OSI layers (Wireshark)
• Knowledge of networks or/and cybersecurity

• Broad understanding of the landscape of software engineering design patterns and principles
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a highly stressful environment during removing bugs in run-time within minutes
• Excellent communicator, both written and verbal

• Must be available to work extended hours and weekends when needed to meet critical deadlines
• Must have an aversion to politics and BS. Should let his/her work speak for him/her.
• Must be comfortable with uncertainty. In almost all the cases, your job will be to figure it out.

You will be a senior developer responsible for the development of new software products and enhancements to existing products. You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills.

Requirements:

• B.Tech from Tier 1 College.
• 3+ yrs of experience, at least 2 yrs of experience with Python and Django.
• Expertise in Object Oriented Design, Database Design, and XML Schema
• Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
• Ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise work
